Beach inspired vacation home with new pool, hot tub & pool house for our guests!

Welcome to Casa Laguna! Fantastic vacation home near the beach in beautiful South Haven. New construction home in private community with clubhouse, marina, and heated pool. Multiple beaches are a 10 minute walk away as well as downtown shopping & restaurants. Spacious home sleeps 10 comfortably so bring the family! Great for summer vacations or weekend get-a-ways any time of year. The new pool, hot tub & pool house is exclusively for Harbor Club owners & their guests!

The space
Casa Laguna is a 2127 sq. ft home with 4 bds & 2.5 baths in a private community just north of the marina. Breezy, beach decor compliments the quality furnishings and relaxed vibe. Escape to your master suite, or spread out in the other 3 bedrooms. The fully outfitted kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, coffee pot and full size stove & fridge. Home features 2 flat screen TVs, washer/dryer & an infrared fireplace for cozying up to on a winter weekend get-away. Casa Laguna also has front & back porches, Central A/C & abundant parking. Never run out of hot water with tankless hot H2O

Our family of five and our relatives (a family of 3) had a nice, relaxing weekend away. The house had everything we needed, plenty of sleeping space and hang-out space, a nice big kitchen, and a very convenient location. The bathrooms were clean, showers worked well, water pressure was excellent. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and South Haven. After a little research, we were able to figure out how to navigate out of the neighborhood without going on the roads we weren’t supposed to (up a hill on a little cart trail down by the dock clubhouse. We road our bikes into the main part of town too. It was cold and rainy while we were there and the enclosure on the pool was awesome. It was tropical inside. The house had just about everything we needed. Check in was easy and instructions came right before our check in time. Check out and the picture of the pool key was confusing and I ended up texting it to the phone number on the listing. It all worked out. Good stay!

Great stay near South Haven

Great clean home close to south Haven. We loved having some games/toys for the kids and the covered pool was wonderful. Also appreciated having a few amenities like dish soap, coffee, laundry detergent already there. Only issue we had was trying to send a picture of the pool key, because the vrbo app wouldn’t allow attachments. But the owner texted us a phone number to send the photo and it worked out.

Beautiful and clean!

The house was beautiful and super clean. Had just what we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. They let us check in early which was nice since we were already in the area. Well equipped. Cute neighborhood with things to do close by.

Our host Matt was so nice. The house was perfect for our family, the grounds are beautiful with great pools and a fishing ponds with snapping turtles. Sorry to leave.

Great location

This listing for this property is 100 percent accurate. It was in a great location for a very short drive to the North and South Beach and all of the shops and marina. The only suggestion I would have for the property is to have ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and a property map would have been helpful to know exactly where the other pool was located. It was a lovely home and a really beautiful area.

House and location were good. Owner not so much

The stay went well and the property was very nice. The house was very well stocked to accommodate my family. There were sufficient kitchen items to make meals so we did not have to eat out every meal. There was also beach equipment in the garage for use as well. Everything was good until the checkout process. The owner was expecting a picture of the pool key fob which I could not provide to him because the VRBO app does not allow me to attach photos in the messaging section of the app. Matt (the owner) insisted that I could even though I chatted with VRBO customer service who said photo attachments are not allowed in the messaging app. He also said his contact info was in the listing. I checked multiple times and I can assure you it was not. He felt the need to charge me a late checkout because I contacted him after the 10 am check out time and told him to confirm with the cleaner that the key was there. I was out of the home because I watched his cleaner walk into the home at 10am when he arrived from the driveway. Matt seemed more interested in charging me than working out a solution to confirm the key was left in its place. The stay was great but Matt the owner was very unpleasant to deal with. I would stay in one of the many other VRBO rentals in the area again but not at this house. Purely so I don't have to deal with the frustration of dealing with him.

This house is exactly as shown.

There was plenty of room for all of us, and there was plenty to do. We were there for a family wedding so our weekend was pretty busy. A couple of us got to the pool one day. It was very clean and nice. The house has plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. We would stay again if we head that way again.

Family staycation for a May wedding

Clean property beautiful place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cards were a nice touch for evening. Showers were lovely. Towels plentiful. Comfortable bedding. Spacious. Clean floors. Easy checkin although I’m a planner and I was sweating it because house code given so close to checkin time. ( In fairness to Mathew he warns you of this) But code was there right on time ! Hot tub looks closed because top on. Just on to keep heat in even though in closed inside with pool. Overall great stay. Super close to downtown and wedding venue.
