Secluded Getaway with Hot Tub, Private Beach, Game Room

Glenn Haven Getaway is a  beautiful 4-bedroom home, with a secluded, wooded backyard, a short walk to our Private Beach and nestled conveniently between downtown South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck, MI. 

This luxury home sleeps 10 (6 beds) and has wonderful gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors for your entire family including a hot tub and game room. Wake up and enjoy breakfast and fresh coffee from our coffee bar while watching deer cross in your wooded backyard before you head over to our private beach to explore the dunes, driftwood, beach stones and waves.

Lunch and dinner can be hosted inside, or al fresco on the front or back patio with a propane grill and fully stocked kitchen at your service. After you’ve enjoyed the perfect Lake Michigan sunset, you can snuggle up to the fire pit and test your own s’mores recipe under a sea of stars—firewood and Adirondack chairs included.  Even with rain, you can enjoy the outdoors on the covered front porch on our conversational patio furniture set complete with fire table.  The home comes fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, utensils, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, and soap.  Starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, and dish soap are also provided. All rooms are completely furnished and brand new bedding and pillows are provided. Streaming services are available, as well as a plethora of books for the avid waterside reader as well as board games, and puzzles in addition to our new Game Room with Foosball Table and Arcade.   Outdoor entertainment includes basketball, disc golf, and cornhole as well as tennis/pickle ball court around the corner within the association. A professional (Covid-compliant) cleaning is included in every rental package. There are two (2) full bathrooms indoors (one on each level), as well as an additional outdoor shower for those who may want to remove sand after beach visits. A new EV Charger is available for guests arriving with electric vehicles.  Details about each bedroom are below to help you plan for your group.

- Signed Rental Agreement, Copy of ID, Adherence to County, HOA, & House Rules Required. Please be respectful of the neighbors.



- No Smoking, No Pets, No RVs/campers/tents, No Parties/Glitter/Confetti/Taping up decorations, No Local Guests without prior approval.  Limit of 5 cars.



- Surveillance cameras positioned outside front door, garage, and back patio for safety. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction.

- Swimming at the private beach is at your own risk. Life Jackets and water shoes are recommended.  Please pack your own beach towels. Condition of beach is subject to acts of nature and is not guaranteed.

- The smart TV has access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

- Hot Tub Spa capacity 7 people. Children must be supervised at all times.  Please rinse before entering and avoid soaps and lotions in the spa.  $150 additional cleaning fee if spa needs draining and cleaning from dirt or suds.  Use at your own risk.
