L'Indiana Avenue Beach House è disponibile solo per famiglie mature, responsabili e rispettose. La nostra casa si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e silenzioso e non è adatto per feste a tarda notte.

La casa dispone di cinque camere da letto in totale. Una camera da letto si trova al primo piano e quattro camere da letto si trovano al secondo piano. Ci sono quattro camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e la quinta camera da letto ha due letti a castello. Ci sono quattro bagni completi. Un bagno completo si trova al primo piano e tre bagni si trovano al secondo piano. Due dei tre bagni al secondo piano sono interni e situati in una camera da letto. Tanto spazio per tutti!

Si prega di notare che non abbiamo un cantiere enorme. C'è abbastanza spazio per una partita di Baggo, scarpe da cavallo, lancio di anelli, ecc. Nel cortile anteriore o laterale. Per le attività all'aperto che richiedono più spazio, siamo a breve distanza da South Haven's South Beach e Kid's Corners Public Park. Giusto per essere chiari, non abbiamo un cantiere enorme. Quello che offriamo è la posizione più ideale centrata tra il centro di South Haven e il Lago Michigan !!!

Date le dimensioni e la posizione, riteniamo che l'Indiana Avenue Beach House sia la casa perfetta per le vacanze estive della tua famiglia !!!

Michael was an excellent host and communicator! The house was in a perfect location for us to walk wherever we wanted to go! We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening and loved the large table in the dining room where we had our coffee each morning and planned our day! Highly recommend this location any time of the year! Very clean and spacious- made lots of memories and had tons of laughs in this beautiful home!

The property was in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The house itself was very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus, as it meant that everyone could enjoy the comfort and convenience of having their own space. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect setup for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

My 11 friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and big enough to comfortably house and sleep 12 adults. The bathrooms are plentiful and the kitchen and living room were large enough to fit everyone at once. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room couch was also super comfortable. The location is also perfect, and walking distance to downtown and the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only minor gripe was that the beds were kind of uncomfortable, but that was more than balanced out by how amazing the property is overall. All in all, stay here, you won’t regret it!

Family fun in South Haven

Great location, old mattress

Exactly as advertised, great location, large home. Its a old home thats been rehabbed, so while there is air conditioning, it doesnt circulate well in the upstair bedrooms and the main level is freezing. Another drawback is the mattresses are old and sag in the middle. The pillows are old as well. If you have issues with sleep this could be a problem.

South Haven Beach Home Rentals

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in South Haven thanks in large part to our wonderful host, Michael! From the very beginning, communication with Michael was excellent. He was prompt, informative, and answered all our questions thoroughly before our arrival. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as described and clean. It was the perfect space for our group of friends. Overall, our experience with Michael was top-notch. He made our stay in South Haven enjoyable and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael's property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. We'd love to book again for a future trip!

Fall Getaway

Everything was great! The house was very nice and clean. Lots of seating. Would be great for a summer stay for sure. It was very nice being in walking distance of the downtown restaurants. WiFi was available and easy to use. The ad did say the TV was a smart TV but it did not appear to be. There was a Firestick remote but no Firestick. That was really the only issue we had. It had lots of linens and fans in each of the bedrooms which was great. We were only there for 2 nights but it had everything you'd need for a longer stay.

Celebrating 70

Got together with high school girlfriends to celebrate all of us turning 70. Arrived at the Indiana house and every room was spotless and so comfortable. We all loved the kitchen that had everything we needed for us to cook. Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying Michigan fresh air. Short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Michael's rentals are well cared for and you will feel like you are at home. Highly recommend!

Great Labor Day weekend getaway

Awesome location, price wasn't a great value, but this was a bit of a splurge on a high volume weekend to make the trip easier given access to the beach/harbor for our family without needing to drive. Would stay again.
