La casa è dove è il cuore! "Footprints in the Sand" è una casa in stile vittoriano splendidamente restaurata che si trova nella posizione ideale per qualsiasi tipo di vacanza. Si trova a meno di due isolati dai numerosi negozi e ristoranti di South Haven e consente di godere ancora della tranquillità di un quartiere residenziale. La spiaggia è a soli 6 isolati di distanza dal gradino della porta principale e c'è un parco a un solo isolato di distanza per far giocare i bambini!

Ci sono un sacco di opzioni per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più soddisfacente possibile: andare in bicicletta, riunirsi per una giornata in spiaggia, in barca o nuotare nel lago, fare una piacevole passeggiata, guardare il tramonto, avere un gelato, avere uno -una volta sola con il tuo coniuge, gioca con i tuoi figli, o siediti pacificamente indietro. Questa tra le altre attività è solo la superficie delle acque cristalline che questa città del Lago Michigan ha da offrire!

Wonderful stay

Very nice property, lots of space for everyone, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the porch and deck, and not too far from town or beaches! Dykman beach was great!

Family vacation

Check-in was flawless. Kitchen facilities were sufficient. WiFi was better than my home. Walking distance to downtown and pier. Walking distance to beach, but easier to buy week pass and park right at beach. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home with our family of 8! The house was spotless with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. My parents especially loved relaxing on the front porch every day and our kids loved playing on the back deck. I was able to lounge and soak in some well-needed vitamin D while they ran around. The common areas were perfect for gathering together. The location was convenient to getting downtown or to Meijer for grocery runs yet on a very peaceful street, making it a great home base for our trip. Property manager was very responsive and kind.We couldn’t have asked for a better place—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family getaway!

We stayed with our 3 young kids and brother-in-law and had plenty of space to enjoy easy access to the beach, shopping and neighborhood strolls! Love the ample porches. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay Close to Town

We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to town and a 10-minute walk to the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Perfect location for a group!

We stayed with our family of 5 and friends with a family of 5 and location could not have been better! The property is set up well with seating and room for groups. Very thoughtful grouping of chairs and tables to promote conversations! Close to the beach, DT, restaurants, historic theatre ($4 tickets👍) and more! Property mgr was very easy to communicate with!

Family Gathering

We found this property online and it was exactly as described and met all of our needs. The only glitch was on the part of VRBO as we did not receive the passcode to get in until after the occupancy time. The property manager was very responsive and remedied the situation immediately. If the was any complaint it had to do with lightening. Very low light in every room but the master suite bathroom. I would be delighted to stay there again.

Girl’s getaway

The house was a perfect walking distance to town. The house was perfect and I Loved the wrap around porch. I had a few questions which Anthony answered pretty quickly. I wish we could have had a fire pit but then we probably would have been too loud especially since quiet time in the neighborhood starts at 10pm.

South Haven Stay

Property as advertised. Very quiet street. Safe, 10 minute walk to the center of town. Too far to walk to the beach with beach stuff but only a 1 mile drive with street parking 1 or 2 blocks from the beach ( if lot is full). South Haven is now golf cart friendly. Reserve a golf cart in advance and you are set. S

Very clean and quiet neighborhood

The house and property were both very clean and well taken care of. The space was very accommodating for our extended family of 10. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and we were close enough to walk to enjoy the farm market, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed all the space outside for our 4 kids to play, especially the paved driveway! It was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and away from the hustle and bustle without being too far!

Family/Friend Vacation

We just spent Labor Day weekend at Footprints in the Sand with family and friends. It was a great size home for the 10 of us with wonderful closet space and room separation. The backyard was a huge bonus so the kids could run around when not at the beach. It was a short walk to the lovely downtown area but had a full kitchen if you prefer to cook at home. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful trip!

This was our first time to South Haven. We had a wonderful time at this home. Loved the porch. Enjoyed drinking coffee and reading a book there. Safe for little ones. Door to upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked with what you need. Walking distance to either North or South beach and town. Also walking distance to the Van Haven trail where you can see the bridge that is advertised. We brought our bikes and rode there several times too. There is a small kid park right around the corner that our grandkids enjoyed. Our children had a great time walking to town too.Owners we’re fantastic!

Lovely stay in South Haven

The house was wonderful and very spacious- plenty of room and privacy for our small group. The front porch is the best- a perfect place to relax and listen to the birds while enjoying the pleasant weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and off the beaten path just enough insulate yourself from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but everything you'd want is fully accessible on foot. We walked to North Beach twice and into the downtown area. We always love South Haven but staying in a quiet residential neighborhood was a first for us and just exactly what we were looking for and what we'll do in the future. Thank you for the short but perfect stay!

Very nice property - thoroughly enjoyed staying

The property is very clean, comfortable & updated. We especially liked the wraparound front porch & roomy back porch. The neighborhood is very comfortable with lots of shade. Also appreciated the convenience of downtown & the water. It's a very walkable distance from the property. Would definitely stay here again!
