The shower in the bathroom was completely broken. Water coming from everywhere. Couldnt hardly turn the knob to turn on or off the water. No hair dryer as well which most hotels have one. Other people hair in the shower and dirty walls and shelfs in the shower as well. Extremely high beds making it hard getting in and out. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The sound you can hear from the truck station next door was horrible. All night long.

Friendly staff, strong heater! Bed was comfortable. Glad it didn't have old smelly carpet but had nice floors. I would highly recommend again.

Our queen beds were HIGH off the ground. One of us with a bad hip couldn’t possibly get in a bed that high. I called front desk and was told all beds are the same. Staff brought us a 2-step folding ladder from maintenance (paint splatters and all) which we used but was very inconvenient.

Air conditioner wall unit extremely loud. Location of unit at head level next to table. Very annoying to use when sleeping or sitting at table or even watching TV. Bed pillows go FLAT when using.

This property has the potential to be a regular stop for me, but...It was dirty. Halls have big ugly stains in the carpet. Rooms look recently renovated but ours was dirty. They didn't mop the floors (my socks were black just walking from the bathroom to my bed, socks were brand new, never worn), the a/c vent was filthy (I had to clean it because of the smell and health hazard). there was hair all over the bathroom floor, poo under the toilet lid and a dead bug in the bathtub. My friend laid down in her bed and the same sort of bug was crawling around in it. Also, the beds were so high that we had trouble getting in and out of them. I am disabled and had to use the wheelchair ramp which was semi blocked at the bottom with a ladder, hose, sweeper and a pickax! Front door to hotel was left open with no security key device. The main guy we dealt with looked put out by our request to have someone clean the poo from our toilet seat left by previous guest(s) and a request for towels. I recommend politer staff, better housekeeping (and maybe not send your elder father as a maid), a room key door lock on exterior doors (this motel is located next to a TruckStop) and removal of hazards on the wheelchair ramp.

Excellent check-in, mgr very kind. Everything in the room was brand new. Excellent mattress. Downer was the interstate on 1 side, truck stop on the other. A/C managed to drown out truck noises.

Took part of luggage to our jeep at 7 a.m. and went back for the rest but room key wouldn't work, not activated. No one at front desk or answering the phone till after 8:00! Not even an apology for the inconvenience of having to sit in the office for over an hour waiting. Attendant finally answered the 3rd phone call and came out of the employee room to the front desk and activated the key.

Just be that this hotel is right next to a pilot truck stop andbso you will hear PA announcements fron the truck station all night long. Bring some high quality ear plugs or you won't sleep a wink.

Room and facilities were clean, but we had issues with the door lock. We had to get staff to unlock our door twice because the key was malfunctioning. We found our door unlocked after the room had been cleaned. Luckily, nothing was missing.

I am clearly disabled. I had a cane and I have trouble walking, especially long distances and climbing stairs. There was no elevator, so I was given a basement room. There is a ramp, but it is very long and is in two long sections. The bed in the room was very low to the floor, so it was difficult to get out of bed. There were other customers that were up and hanging in the hallway making a lot of noise, loud talking and laughing. This went on until about 1:30 in the morning. Then I was finally able to go to sleep. Being disabled, it would have been nice if someone actually checked with me to see if I was ok with the room. I was also charged an extra $15 for needing a room on the bottom floor because I am disabled. I am a US Army Veteran. I'm glad I didn't mention that at the time. I feel it wouldn't have mattered anyway, since bei that a decent experience is not too much to ask for.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful and nice, gave each of us a bottle of water. The reason for not a good review of cleanliness is because the hallway and stair carpet is very dirty and worn, overall we would stay again, the room was clean.

3 people in 2 queen bed room. No breakfast, no hooks in bathroom for towels or hair dryer, 2 bathtowels, 1 washcloth, 3 hand towels, 2 pillows per bed, 3rd floor, no elevator. Bathtub was dirty, soap scum everywhere shelves were nasty. Half roll of toilet paper, no spare. No one at desk for long periods of time. No clock in room, small mini fridge hidden in bureau. No coffee. No amenities, basically. $150/night.

The room was ok. Arrived a little more than an an hour before check in, was told the room was ready but they would charge $10 an hour for early check in ($20). Never experienced that before.

Do not stay here!
The only thing that was good about this hotel was the customer service. The front desk lady was very sweet, which allowed me to give them a try. When I entered my room, there was a huge stain on the bed and I was so disgusted I almost left. They switched me to another room and the other room had stains on the bed as well, it was so late I did not leave so I spent the night. Late evening around 2 AM. There were people that were walking across the hall nonstop making me feel comfortable so I slept with the lights on. The location of this hotel is next to a cemetery as well as a truck stop. This hotel attracted clientele that’s wasn’t the most desirable for families. I would not ever bring my family, spouse or parents at this hotel location. Overall, my state was so bad I begged to check out the next day and get a refund for 3 nights for I paid for 4.
