“Good service ”

“Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

“お盆のクアラルンプール旅行で利用しました。 場所は中心からははなれてますが大きなショッピングモールが併設しておりショッピングや食事には不自由しませんでした。 クラブルームを予約していましたので朝食が付いていたりカクテルタイムではフリーのアルコール飲料や軽食を頂けました。 また利用したいです。”

“A decent room for single person to stay. I have stay for 3 nights. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome. Location was meart to mrt and there shopping centre around. Staff was friendly and helpful.thumb up. They provide simple breakfast with bread and coffee. It will be great if they can include eggs inside the breakfast. ”

“a good stay for solo traveller, close to nu sentral bout 4-5 mins walk sound proof not so much u can clearly hear ppl talking, vehicles on the street but good location, centre of KL so it is worth the price”

“Hotel in stile coloniale vicino al museo nazionale. Personale gentile colazione varia. Ottimo il ristorante contango se non volete uscire. Bella palestra con macchinari nuovi. Piscina forse non eccezionale. Utile il taxi o grab per gli spostamenti. A disposizione le navette della hotel per sentral o starhill gallery. ”
