“Clean, staff was very polite and efficient.”

“Is there a laundry service? I was put in a room at the end of a long hallway, then to the right in a dark corner. I was scared going to my room. I told the front desk. He said no other rooms available, and front desk staff monitor the cameras 24 hours a day. Walked out of my room after dark to go to my car. Front desk clerk was far away from cameras chatting with someone in another hallway. The hallways smelled of marijuana at times, and people playing loud music after 11:30 pm. ”

“This B&B has been by far the loveliest, friendliest, cleanest with staff so eager to please. The rural area was so peaceful and relaxing with views of black angus in the fields. Winchester close with quaint shops. The food at the Inn was excellent. ”

“My only complaint is related to the water temperature in the shower. We stayed here two different times in about a week, in two different rooms - could not get the water temperature in the shower above lukewarm. Otherwise, great place to stay.”
