“It’s a perfect little rental in a great location but it was dirty. My 7 year old daughter dragged her black bag on the floor about 5 feet and it was covered in hair and dust. The bathroom was probably the worst. There vanity cabinet had caked on dust and toothpaste drippings. When we moved an item on the ton, there was dust and gunk under it. We never cooked or used the kitchen other than a glass so I didn’t inspect it. The location was great and we walked everywhere and I would stay there again...

“This property was a wonderful place for our family get away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is a short walk to a park with walking trails and fishing and quick drives to all the fun Bentonville has to offer. The hot tub and ping pong table are fun while hanging out at the house. We visited in the early spring before the pool was open, but it looks lovely.”

The house is in excellent condition, the kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and utensils, the location is great and the host was very responsive to our questions. “This house was amazing! Location was within walking or biking distance to downtown, Slaughter Pen, Coler, and Crystal Bridges. We brought the dogs and the fenced in yard was really nice and there was a great dog park only a mile and a half away. Loved it and would definitely go back!”

“The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay.”
