È caduta negli Ozarks !!!

Non vorrai mai lasciare questo posto ... è così che ti sentirai ... la bellezza del lago e la natura selvaggia sono mozzafiato in questa casa sul lungolago. The Lake House è una vacanza per tutte le stagioni. Le estati sono piene di pesca, nuoto, sci o nautica. Rilassarsi sull'enorme schermo sotto il portico guardando il tramonto è così meraviglioso. L'autunno porta brillanti pellicole autunnali, partite di calcio da vedere e fiere artigianali a cui partecipare. Gli inverni saranno accoglienti con il camino in pietra nativo ardente mentre ti rilassi sul divano. La primavera è il momento perfetto per escursioni e picnic.

Offriamo 2 camere da letto. Il master ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera degli ospiti ha 2 gemelli. Ci sono 2 bagni completi, uno studio con un divano e una vista mozzafiato sul lago, insieme a una meravigliosa tana, sala da pranzo con tavolo da pranzo per sei, cucina completa e ripostiglio completo.

La casa è arredata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici tra cui lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. La cucina è completamente arredata con utensili, stoviglie e pentole.

La tana è arredata con TV / DVD e camino a legna. C'è accesso dalla tana a un enorme ponte di fronte al lago a ovest. A sud dalla tana c'è un extra grande proiettato in veranda con mobili in vimini e tavolo e sedie in ferro.

La nostra casa si trova a soli 5 miglia a est della zona di Prairie Creek Marina. L'area della Marina ha una spiaggia per nuotare, padiglioni da picnic, vele in barca e una marina a servizio completo.

Siamo situati a 8 miglia a est del centro storico di Rogers, a soli 7 miglia dal bellissimo War Eagle Mill, a 34 miglia dalla pittoresca Eureka Springs e 30 miglia dal Razorback Stadium .. che ospita il miglior calcio della SEC. Siamo a 25 miglia dall'aeroporto di XNA.

Il nostro obiettivo è che tu e la tua famiglia trascorriate dei meravigliosi momenti di relax negli Ozarks. Vogliamo che proviate la vera ospitalità e bellezza del sud.

It served as a wonderful place to regroup in the evenings with spectacular sunsets. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck listening to all the sounds of nature.

My experience

Very disappointed for the money I spent. Screened in porch would have been nice except screen was torn so bugs, squirrels and we even had a snake in there. Would have looked better if second ceiling fan was fixed. House was not locked when we got there showers had no trays for shampoo or soap and no bars of any kind. No small waste can in bedroom for tissues front right burner on stove didn’t work and bugs on shelf where can opener was had bugs and had to wast everything. to wash stove top before we could use. The tv was a nightmare to get it to work. We finally ask repair man’s son just how to get it to come on and we stilled couldn’t get but a couple of channels need small ramp going into utility room We are 82 and 75 and we had to sponge bathe because there were no handycap features. Light in kitchen took for ever to come on. The view of the lake was good however I would never recommend to anyone at that price. I wish I had wasted the money elsewhere. It was decorated cute but all appliances seemed so outdated. You have to put into something to get good reviews. I feel like I should be refunded at least 400-00 but I’m sure that will never happen. Meagan you were easy to work with and I wish I could feel differently about reviewsLessons learned the hard way are not forgotton. I will look for something different for next year if we’re still livingResponse would be appreciated!!!!

Good for what we needed.

Place is very outdated and the porches were dirty and very bad mold smell. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was fine for what we needed. Meagan was great!

Magnificent Lake View

Great view of Beaver Lake. Close to many areas of interest. House needs some updating and maintenance and furniture getting a bit worn. Overall though, a relaxing place with plenty of charm. Would recommend to all.

Lake views

The property was a cozy place on the lake. Everything you would need was available, even firewood for the fireplace, a very nice touch! The views were nice, but a little TLC is needed for this lovely place. This location was convenient for the area and made it possible to travel back and forth to Eureka Springs or hiking trails. The town of Rogers has a great downtown area to explore.

Fabulous location

Everything was as expected- easy check in, great view, close to lots of attractions. We were about equal distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Gorgeous deck, which is a huge bonus for me!

Spectacular Sunsets

We most enjoyed the sunsets off the deck over the lake. However, the trees do need to be trimmed back to take advantage of the great view. The large home offered movies, music CDs and games. Decor is pleasant but outdated. The screened-in porch is nice to enjoy dining; however, the screens are damaged so not completely bug free. TV only gets analog channels and CD player quit mid-play. The stove proved a little challenging as I had forgotten to change the cycle on the oven from pre-heat to bake - made our roasted vegetables a little darker than planned! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. It is a pleasant kitchen to work in.

Just the relaxation we were looking for

The house was tucked away in the wooded hills overlooking Beaver Lake. It was a perfect place for my husband and I to get away and relax, just enough space to spread out in the house. With two living/sitting rooms and two separate decks/porches, we could each have quiet time without disturbing the other's quiet time. Beautiful drive through the woods to Rogers or other nearby towns and activities. Well-furnished and comfortable.

Beautiful lakeviews

This comfortable house by the lake was very comfortable, had everything we needed practically and we quickly felt at home. We especially loved the big screened in porch and. Back deck. Good location with grocery stores within a few miles and some hometown restaurants to try. Of of course THE LAKE!!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your comfy lake house.

Great stay

The house was good. The only complaints we have was the parking. We had motorcycle trailers and very hard to get in and out of area. A heads up on the parking might of help. The 2nd bedroom only had twin beds. We had to flip a coin to see which couple was sleeping in there. A queen bed with maybe a day bed would of been better. Other than that we had a great time.

Nice Place

My husband and I had a nice day at this house. Although I will say that the bed was not super comfortable and the kitchen was lacking some items… Or maybe just the drawers were so disorganized things were hard to locate. We did have a difficult time figuring out what to do with our boat and trailer. We didn’t realize until arriving that there is nowhere to park the trailer and not even a place to turn around well once we got to the property. It was a bit tricky and the marina would not let us leave our trailer there. We ended up talking to a neighbor and he let us park the trailer on his property which was very kind. Overall it was a fine stay but the house would be nicer if it was a little bit updated and a little more organized (kitchen).

Beautiful View

We had such a wonderful time at Meagan's home. The view is gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. We were able to be in Eureka Springs in 45 mins and Rogers in 15 mins.
