The Farm House On Beaver Lake ha oltre 100 anni ed è stato aggiornato nel 2014. Abbiamo aggiunto servizi moderni, pur mantenendo il fascino della vita in agriturismo; compreso legno riutilizzato originale e shiplap. C'è un vecchio fienile che ha più di 100 anni sulla proprietà, e ci sono 20 acri con sentieri naturali falciati per il vostro divertimento. Tutto questo si trova alla fine di una corsia su una proprietà privata, ed è proprio sul bordo dell'acqua con una vista a 180 gradi del lago. È glorioso!

L'agriturismo dispone di un ampio portico schermato sul davanti della casa con una splendida vista sul lago e sul fienile. Il soggiorno ha uno schermo piatto da 48 "con cavo OzarkGo e wifi e un DVR. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 8 persone; e ci sono tavoli, sedie e vassoi TV aggiuntivi. La cucina ha una gamma commerciale a gas a 6 fuochi e elettrodomestici inox; è completamente fornito di pentole e padelle, bicchieri, piatti, ecc. La lavanderia è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice full size con spazio per riporre e conduce al cortile. Ci sono cinque (5) camere da letto ciascuna con la propria personalità; uno è al piano di sotto e quattro sono al piano di sopra. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale; uno include anche una culla e un altro include anche una doppia cuccetta. Ci sono due (2) bagni; uno per ogni piano

All'esterno comprende un tavolo da picnic, grill a gas, pozzo del fuoco w / 8 sedie, altalene per pneumatici, altalena e due kayak da 2 persone. Porta i tuoi giubbotti di salvataggio; sono richiesti quando si usano i kayak.

Abbiamo anche un sacco di fauna selvatica ~ Le foto pubblicate sono state tutte prese nella proprietà da me o mio marito.

Il litorale è una passeggiata facile dove puoi tranquillamente nuotare senza ripidi drop-off. Non abbiamo una darsena, ma Hickory Creek Marina è a soli 6,6 miglia - dove puoi lanciare la tua barca. Siamo all'estremità sud del lago, di fronte al punto 12, dove si fondono il fiume White River e il War Eagle River. Questa zona del lago è MOLTO più tranquilla rispetto all'area a nord di noi.

La posizione è ottima. La proprietà si trova alla fine della corsia e sentirete solo i suoni della natura e delle barche, ma siete a soli 30 minuti da alcune delle attrazioni più famose di NWA.

Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return. Thank you!!!

We were welcomed with homemade cake! This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to come up and ride some of the best roads in Arkansas. It's a stunning location, with so many little areas to sit and visit and watch the wildlife. It's such a precious old home, lots of history they share it's story. Comfortable seating, inside and out. Great kitchen if you plan to cook while you are there. I hope I can bring my family back, grands will love the wide open grass and tire swings.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved staying here at the Farmhouse. Everything was perfect. It was quaint, charming and so inviting. The house has a great “story” and each room was decorated so cute. We were only there for 2 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. We brought family & friends to visit our daughter at UArk for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Quiet spot with lots to do!

This was a great end of summer vacation for our family! Our party had 8 guests with 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 6 years. We had everything we needed with room to spare. Lake access was great and we prepared most meals in the kitchen. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and the kids really enjoyed the deer and an armadillo that frequented the property. Owner responded quickly with questions and even left us an apple cake at checkin! Everything was clean and as described. Would stay again, great hosts.

absolute perfection

Perfect get away for my family! You need to be okay with quiet-no road noise, no sirens which is what my husband and I grew up with and therefore regenerates us. Two of our "adult" kids (19 and 20) enjoyed the morning walks and sneaking up on the armadillo each day. We took a raft and tied off to an old tree and just floated. The kayaks provided an additional workout to off set the home cooking we did on that awesome stove. Everyone mentions the apple cake. I will definitely try to replicate it this fall. One of our kids is moving to the area so, Lucinda, don't be surprised if we are back--only with more extended family.

Perfect Lake House

This is our second time to stay in this wonderful house. We like it so much, We’ve already booked for next year. The hosts are wonderful, and we feel like we are family, they treat us so well. The house is very well stocked with everything a family would need. The entry into the lake is very shallow, perfect for the children. Relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, morning and evening is very tranquil, the perfect vacation.

Thank you so much for a really wonderful vacation stay. Your farmhouse is so quaint, comfortable and welcoming....and the setting so gorgeous and peaceful! We truly felt like we we were stepping into another reality far, far away from the normal hustle, bustle of life. Perfect atmosphere for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We loved exploring the property, watching the deer roam the water's edge, playing cornhole, frisbee, and tossing the football around on the HUGE lawn. We prepared every meal during or stay (we love cooking together) and found the kitchen fully equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed dessert of Lucinda's spectacular apple cake or smores at the firepit every evening. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean well provisioned. The location, accommodations, and activities exceeded our expectations and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Wallers, for your exceptional hospitality!

What a haven for family, friends, and wildlife!

This property was truly a portal to wonder and relaxation. The lovingly restored farm house, stunning lakefront setting, and mostly the thoughtful and kind hosts made this our favorite getaway yet. We were greeted with a gift of homemade apple cake (recipe shared), then later by five deer and a multitude of rabbits in the yard. On our last day our host texted to let us know there were bald eagles catching a morning snack at the water’s edge. Just wonderful!

This place is absolutely beautiful. I can tell the owners take pride to keep up the house and the view. This is a pretty piece of land with some cool history. I recommend for a large group. We had 8 family members stay and still had extra room to spread out.

Wish I was Still there!

First, you should know I rated everything a 5 because no HIGHER rating is possible. The host is fabulous. She baked us a fresh apple bundt cake for heaven's sake and had it waiting for us in the kitchen. Who DOES that?! The house is everything you see in the post and more. The whole place was ... well, you just imagine ... a long walk along the lakeshore, a deer walking with you not 10 yards away, a light breeze as you sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the screened-in porch, later cooking a full meal in a well-stocked kitchen and enjoy it together around the large dining table. We didn't have time to use the extra large firepit or hike the many trails on the property (but the bug spray was right by the back door if we needed it). Our group of four went for a work retreat and it was the perfect balance of room to work and time to chill. We CANNOT WAIT to go back. Seriously, rent this place and thank me later. It's exactly the kind of place and the caliber of hosts VRBO and similar platforms were created for.

Little slice of paradise

First of all, pictures do not do this place justice you've got to come see it person to truly appreciate how beautiful and charming the Farm House is. The owners have done an incredible job keeping the history alive and it shows in every detail inside and out. Lucinda is such a sweet host and welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. The kids loved all the swings around the house and the firepit was lovely in the evenings while also having a front row seat to watch the sunset over the lake. You will NOT be disappointed.

Wonderful Escape from the Hustle and Bustle of the City & Daily Life!

Staying at the Farmhouse was pure escape. From the drive up the tree-lined backroad, thru the gate, and on to the property we all felt a huge exhale of relief and peace. Actual quotes from the grandkids were "This really is JUST LIKE HEAVEN!" and "I can't stop RUNNING!!" The authenticity of the 100+-year-old farmhouse was quaint yet totally accommodating for our family of 4 generations ages 4-84. We were graced with a beautiful thunderstorm through one of our nights, and we just couldn't help ourselves but lay in our bed listening to the fall of the drops on the metal roof. It was delightful. The creaking of the wood floors, all the views through the windows, the big welcoming dining table... OH, and the delicious homemade apple cake that the host gifted us upon arrival! It was like we traveled back in time to my grandmother's house, yet here we were with the next generations! This was likely my mother's last real trip as her 84 years are beginning to make travel a challenge. I am so grateful for The Farmhouse and the memories it gave her and us together. The host, the house, the beautiful setting - I can't say enough about this precious place. Granddaughter was right... "It REALLY IS just like heaven!"

The apple cake was such a big hit and the attentiveness of property owners was great. We so enjoyed the trails, swings, waters edge, and big beautiful yard. We almost never stopped playing. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Awesome Lake Getaway

If you’re looking for a great place to entertain family and relax, this is it. plenty no of space for several to sleep comfortably and the property is perfect for outdoor games and fun with family and friends. The lake is amazing and the views of wildlife are amazing. I’d recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind. The property owners are great and very responsive. Just an overall great experience.
