We were in the Bentonville area for a wedding and this hotel was a great choice. It was clean and convenient to everything we needed to get to. Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy and it had plenty of space for my small family. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!

Was very close to Memorial Park where we spent most all our time. It’s under renovation now so our whole hallway was being worked on it seemed. Don’t know that anyone was on that wing other than us. Room was spacious and comfortable. Fan vent was noisy all night due to wind. It was a good place for our stay.

Put us on a floor that was under construction had to walk by construction items rooms that were open with a bunch of junk in them. There were extension cords on the floor. The pool was also down nothing was said about this before booking. Our room was dirty. After complaining, they moved us to the fourth floor which had no construction. Never replaced anybody on the third floor. Windows on the outside the building are boarded up on the upper floors as well. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Poor choice
Attived at hotel to find pool was out of order was sent to a neighboring comfort inn, choice hotel. Check in was good staff was friendly , but 1st room had toliet lid broken, so they sent us across the hall to a diffent room, and it also had a broken toliet handle and also no hot water,definitely a poor choice.

We made an online reservation. When I tried calling the hotel to make sure it had been received, the phone rang busy or just rang and never answered for hours. The lack of communication made me nervous, so we decided to go in person. The front desk lady was crabby apparently due to a mess in a room...? She did not apologize for the lack of phone answering, and insisted that the number worked by having me call the number--but it hadn't done that for 3 or 4 hours!? In the morning, the next counter person was fine. There was alot of remodeling going on. Anyways, our room was wonderful! The breakfast was also good. I would return to this hotel.

Disappointed
This Hotel did not reflect the way it was described online, some of the amenities offered were not true… no soaking tubs and the pool was closed. They also did not reveal that they had a water leak and had major renovation going on. Our room was not affected but the hallway to get our room was. There was construction debris and plastic on the carpet. Fortunately there was no workers there during our stay.

Double charge
I was charged twice. The person didn’t use my hotels.com check in and manually added me and did a separate charge. When I checked out and tried to get it resolved he told me he didn’t know how to fix it. I will either have to call to get this fixed since I had a flight and had to leave or will dispute the charge with Visa

Barbara and staff are incredibly service oriented. Staff went out of there way to tend to my wife during this difficult trip.

Everything was fine. The room was a good size and parking, check-in, etc was convenient. The one unhappy surprise was that we thought we were getting two queen beds as advertised, but they were clearly doubles! We were somewhat cramped in them and were happy to get back to out queen bed at home. Despite the beds, we had a pleasant stay.

The staff with the exception of Kayla was unhelpful. The breakfast and bath towels were of poor quality. Many of the rooms by us were under repair from water damage. That’s not the hotel fault but we were right in the middle of those roomss. I wouldn’t stay there again

Property is under construction with plastic covering floors and sheet rock, adverised pool is under repair and not available. Worst, was charged more than what expedia site liisted.

Information missing about renovation
Hotel is under renovation which I wasn’t aware of before booking. Our room looked to have been updated. Comfortable and quiet. Pool area was closed and under repair. Also something I was unaware of before checking in. I had been hoping to use the hot tub when I booked. I did have a nice room, hot breakfast, and friendly service.

Some water damage to rooms, so clean up currently going on in some rooms so have to walk thru some mess in hall, but they have done a good job to keep it clean as possible.

This was like a scene from a horror. After finding my room, I decided I did not feel safe and decided to leave and stay somewhere else. I had planned (and paid) for a two night stay, but left immediately after seeing the state of the long dark halls and my room.

They had construction going on and still made stay ok. Close to Crystal Bridges Museum and downtown. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great War Eagle Stay
Even though there were renovations going there were not a lot of mess or smell from the paint or carpeting. The hotel was quiet and easy to get to.

They were having water problems when we were there. The pool was closed and the hallway was covered in plastic. Otherwise it's a nice hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Don't Stay Here Until they fix damage
This property should have closed. They were flooded. Multiple rooms on my floor being dried out for restoration. Plastic on all carpeted areas. Pool drained and closed. I bookwd this property because it is near the attraction i came to see AND has a pool. The room was adequatebut the tv was mounted very high up and very crooked. So i guess they had to get electronics away from wetness. A woman I met at breakfast told me their phone in room rang all night-

When we made our reservations it said nothing about having a major leak and that part of the hotel rooms would be unuseable - we reserved a king suite - when we checked in they stated our room was in the area where the construction was taking place and that it could be dusty / noisy- they did allow us to view the area to where the room was which had wires / cables / plastic on the floor etc…we decided against it and we were offered a different room - not a king suite but 2 queen beds in a regular room 😕 there was plastic on the floor and in the elevators The lounge / bar that they have feels like a cave and is painted red - the food menu is not worthy of eating there - their beer taps were not working so limited beer selection. We won’t be staying again….

We won’t be going back
We got there and checked in. We were given our room keys. Went to the top floor and they keys wouldn’t work. Also it was 83 degrees on that floor as the air wasn’t working properly. I went back downstairs and they programmed the keys again. I went back up and tried them again and nope. Went down avail and she went back up with me and the door lock itself had to be re-programmed. We finally get in there and at least the air was working in our room. We tried to get some ice and the ice machine was broke. We told them them and was then told that the only ice machines that work were on the 1st and 2nd floors(there are 4). Also the toilet barely flushed and our sink would barely drain(it would fill up halfway if you washed your hands). I have no idea how the ratings are so high. We will never stay there again
