Take it easy at the Eagles Nest located just west of Bentonville Square. With a well-furnished interior, all the amenities of home, and a delightful outdoor space, this home is sure to please.


Kick back in the living room to watch TV or put on an Eagles record while cooking a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. When the weather’s nice, append time on the back deck where you can grill and enjoy an alfresco meal.


This location can’t be beat. Fun attractions nearby include a trailhead, the downtown square, and Bentonville Bark Park.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Eagles nest
The house was in nice shape. The oven didn’t work properly, it took three times as long to cook biscuits. The toaster oven don’t work! When we walked into the house it had a real bad musky wet dog smell, we had to buy Febreze and sierras the house heavily through the house, other than that it was nice.

Home away from home
This house was amazing! Location was within walking or biking distance to downtown, Slaughter Pen, Coler, and Crystal Bridges. We brought the dogs and the fenced in yard was really nice and there was a great dog park only a mile and a half away. Loved it and would definitely go back!

Cozy, Clean and Close to Everything
This house was everything we needed it to be for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring Bentonville and Bella Vista. After a full day of hiking and museum-going, the living room was cozy for kicking back and watching football. The kitchen was well-appponted with everything we needed. And the spacious backyard was much appreciated by our pup. We’d definitely stay here again on future visits!

The house was charming and clean. We were never able to get the keypad code to work. Thank goodness there was a lock box with a key. This was a dog friendly home for small dogs. The dogs are not allowed on the furniture, which isn’t very dog friendly in my opinion.

Convenient stay
We were visiting friends in Bentonville and this house was in very close proximity to theirs. Awesome bike trails nearby with easy access. Mojo Bike Rentals were close, friendly and helpful. Wal-Mart right around the corner. Town Square was also close with great restaurant options. The house has extremely comfortable beds! Nice fenced in yard for the family dog. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and everything you need for a mountain bike trip
The property was very clean and comfortable. They have everything you will need for a great trip. Tristan’s trail was the closest place to drop in and was great for entering and exiting Slaughter Pen. The location is close to Mojo bike shop and Mojo rental shop should you need those. A really nice Walmart grocery only is just around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again.
