Nuovissimo splendido garage. Due comodi letti matrimoniali con biancheria da letto di alta gamma. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito. Per gli appassionati di caffè, c'è una macchina da caffè Nespresso con montalatte e una pressa francese con macinacaffè. I soffitti alti rendono lo spazio ancora più grande. Scaffali dal pavimento al soffitto pieni di arte e libri interessanti. 4 sgabelli da bar. Smart TV da 65 "con cavo e WIFI super veloce. Piastrelle italiane in tutto. Bellissimo bagno con cabina doccia e asciugamani di lusso. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Rilassati nel confortevole spazio abitativo mentre guardi un film o leggi un libro. . Uso di 3 box auto (in comune con la casa principale se occupata). 7 minuti a piedi dalla piazza del centro con molti ristoranti, negozi e bar. 15 minuti a piedi dal museo d'arte Crystal Bridges. 6 isolati dal quartier generale di Walmart.

Awesome place.

My wife and I stayed for three nights for a mini biking vacation. The location is fantastic, 1/2 mile from Slaughter Pen, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is well decorated, modern, and very clean. Unlike most rentals, the dishes are actually new! Having a garage to store bicycles was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Wow!

Absolutely loved this property. Location great - nice neighborhood and walkable to a lot of things to do and see. The apartment was beautiful…very well decorated, and the kitchen was amazing. Never been to Arkansas, but would definitely return and would love to stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations! Such a well-appointed and artistic, interesting studio in the best location. Will visit again when weather isn’t cold and take advantage more of the walkability and proximity to the square. Owner was very responsive and lovely. You’ll hear from us again!

Amazing In-Law that provides everything!

What a perfect setup. In-Law suite in a quiet but modernized neighborhood. Everything was brand new and setup was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and close to the trails. Perfect spot for a getaway.

Amazing experience

You know it’s wonderful when you’re already planning when you can come stay again before you’ve even left! We travel a lot, and this is my absolute favorite place we’ve ever stayed. How in the world did our hostess think of EVERYTHING we could possibly want/need? And the cleanliness was superb!! So cute!!!

Exactly what i was looking for

Traveling solo for work, I had 1 day of business in downtown Bentonville and the place was perfect for that. No rental car needed, cozy place to crash at the end of the day. A comfortably designed ADU over a garage. Would stay again.

Impeccably furnished and steps from town

Amazing location just a short walk from town. A very clean, quiet cozy and bright apartment above the garage (garage access was a huge plus for bike storage) and beautifully furnished.

Long weekend for family wedding

This property is an excellent choice to enjoy the downtown Bentonville area, is exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding so having a comfortable place to relax, get ready and close to everything was extremely important - Casa Kincannon did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the house is pristine clean. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to stay in the area.

All The Comforts Of Home

Perfect location for us! A short walk to Bentonville Square and activities. My sister and I enjoyed the comfortable and well designed property. I actually could have spent a couple more days reading/perusing all the interesting books and just enjoying being in the space! Grateful for all the practical amenities and the extra thought that went into making it feel like home:)

Wonderful host and place!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The loft is in a great location/neighborhood - easy walking distance to restaurants and the town square. It was a short bike ride to Compton Gardens and Crystal Bridges. My wife commented about the thoughtfulness of accommodations - the loft had everything we needed. Great stay!

If you’re looking to explore downtown Bentonville, this is a great place to stay. Everything is in walking distance or a quick bike ride away. We hope to do this annually and this spot will be our first choice.

The PERFECT place!

The location was awesome. The owner was amazing. The town/area was incredible. Beautiful apartment. The space was so inviting and comfortable. EVERY amenity is there. High end Nespresso machine provided, with such a great variety and plethora of coffee - including several bottles of flavored syrups. Games provided for you to enjoy. Snack bars, wine, water, a beer sample, suckers are just a few things that greeted us on our arrival. If you forgot anything - the owner has it provided for you. Literally anything. We never even had to unpack our phone chargers - they had them in every single area. Huge wall mounted TV was in the perfect location. Two comfortable queen beds, walk-in closet, immaculate shower and bathroom. Washer and dryer provided made it really convenient. We could have never left the place and been completely satisfied. Books galore! Some great local reference material provided as well. There is not one single thing we'd want to change about this. My wife told me that if we were ever back in the area, if we were going to be within an hour of this place, she would book it no matter what. Pictures are a very accurate description of the property.

It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Any thing you might need was available in the apartment. Toothbrush, floss pick, detergent the list goes on.

Cutest garage apartment close to the Bentonville Square!

We loved staying here! So cute and cozy! It was a great location in a safe area! And it was just perfect for my daughter and I while we were in town for a tennis tournament.
