Hard to Beat
Very comfortable and spacious, great layout! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Super easy to get on trails and downtown. Quiet neighborhood with private backyard. We loved it!

Perfect.
This little house is perfectly decorated, perfectly situated to downtown and the art museum, and perfectly stocked with quality kitchen equipment and bed linens. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house!
We stayed in Bentonville for a family wedding at Osage House and thoroughly enjoyed the house ! We absolutely loved the decorations and everything we needed was provided. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all the details. We would love to return and do some more exploring.

Crystal Bridges Getaway
The house was lovely, bright, and well done. The beds were comfortable, and ours was adjustable. We cooked with the nice gourmet stove.The house was walking distance to Crystal Bridges, but we drove because of ongoing construction. We were close to the downtown Christmas lights, coffee, and cocoa. Conveniently, near stores etc. There were a couple small issues: we never could find the switch for the garbage disposal, and the towel rack in the master bedroom fell apart when you took a towel off. It was such minor stuff compared to the overall stay. We have stayed in hotels in the area, and for us, this was far better. We will be back!

Outstanding property
This was a really awesome place. It is very well appointed and decorated very fashionably. Wonderful gourmet kitchen. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Very comfortable and high quality mattresses. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfection
Everything about the property was perfect! The owner had everything needed at the house. It was so clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Perfect spot. Close to town square but a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer, groundhogs, and beautiful birds. My mom and I loved our stay. Would definitely recommend. And, would definitely come back.

Amazing House

Main Lodge
Clean, comfortable and close! We loved our time at this property that we decided to stay an extra day. Although the Main Lodge wasn’t available for our extra day, Melissa suggested another spot close by and allowed us to check in earlier. Would recommend and will return.

So close to everything fun in Bentonville
Within walking distance of everything in downtown. Huge plus was having two different trail systems connected into the neighborhood. Crystal bridges was also very easy to access by foot. The cleanliness of the property and the attention to the decorations and styling made for an enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again the next time we're in town!

Perfect Getaway

Great way to enjoy Bentonville
This property is cute and has everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is possible to walk to the town square, but we chose to drive the .7 miles because of the heat and humidity. We would definitely stay again.

Stylish & cozy renovated home!
We absolutely loved our two night stop over in Bentonville on our way from Texas to Indiana! The house is exactly as described in the listing and very clean. We loved the location and were easily able to drive to where we wanted to be in minutes which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. Our only wish is that we would have been able to stay longer!

MTN biking in Bentonville
Beautiful well maintained property close to downtown and all MTN bike shops and rentals. The property was full of amenities and owner responded quickly to any requests. This was my best experience staying in a VRBO. Highly recommend this property and MTN biking in Bentonville!

Adorable House, Ideal Location
We had a wonderful time in Bentonville! The house is exactly as pictured, wonderful decor and comfortable couch and beds. The location was ideal, just a half block to access the nearest hike/bike train and just a few minutes drive to get to the square (or without kids, ha, it would be an easy walk/bike). We will definitely return to Bentonville and hope to stay here again!

Just wonderful!
My friend and I really enjoyed this wonderful cottage. It was pretty much perfect! It’s located very close to Crystal Bridges, which was the main purpose of our visit. There was a lot of construction in the neighborhood but it just didn’t bother us at all, which was surprising. Bentonville is a wonderful town to visit and staying at this house was the icing on the cake. We had everything we needed and more, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect NWA Spot!
We had such a great stay! The home is so cute and cozy and was stocked with all the essentials. We loved being close to downtown, but also not right in the mix of it all. A perfect location close to all amenities. Loved the details like the Letter-board, guestbook, local books and kids activities. Effortless check-in and check-out process. This was a great place to stay!

Weekend Getaway
This house was great. The location is perfect for a visit to the square and the museum. It was cold and rainy, so we did drive when going downtown, but in the warm months, we would have preferred to walk. It is a short distance, great for walking off your dinner. The owner shared recommendations and didn't steer us wrong. The house is updated and modern. Has all the amenities you could need. Will try to book again fir future trips.

Beautiful Home - Excellent Location
I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years - this one was a rare gem that proved to be even better than the pictures, descriptions, and reviews. This is an excellent and comfortable place to stay that has a high bar for hospitality. And the location is within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and activities.

Great Location, Great Bed!
The house is in a quiet part of town and a short ride to many trailheads and the town square. It is well-equipped and very comfortable. They care about their renter's experience and think of the little things, like a nightlight in the bathroom, and the big things, like an incredibly comfortable adjustable bed in the master bedroom. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Best place ever!
This is the most wonderful VRBO I have ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot over the years)! The location is perfect, nice and quiet, with bike trails right around the corner, or a quick ride to get to the center of town for pizza and beer. The home has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you could ever need — silverware, cookware, spices, oils, high-quality soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, band-aids, sunscreens, you name it!! The dining room table even has a vase filled with fresh lilies, and there was a full pitcher of filtered water in the fridge. The master bed was super comfortable, and the ceiling fans were so quiet we couldn’t even tell that they were on if it weren’t for the nice breeze. Melissa was a terrific host, and I will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bentonville.

Sisters trip to Bentonville.
Our stay at The Main Lodge was just for a couple nights but it was a very comfortable and clean space. Everything you needed was pretty much at your finger tips. Both beds were comfortable and with luxe bedding. Melissa sent us a list of restaurants and things to so before our arrival which was very helpful. Shevwas a great hostess. We would book again.
