“The hotel was not as shown in the pictures. The bedroom was completely dirty and smelly. The sheets were also dirty, with holes of cigarette burns. It felt completely unsafe, the room next to ours had the door broken because it had been forced, and the staff downstairs didn’t check any ID apart from the reservation one.
