We are offering this charming single-storey house with a private swimming pool for rent in Bergerac. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 5,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 70 m² living area with several sofas, a Sony smart flat-screen TV (with Canal+), a fireplace (firewood provided) and a home office area with a large desk
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs, an espresso machine (capsules) and a filter coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A large bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette machine, stone grill, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 9×4m with an alarm. It is open from May to October, weather permitting. Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change.

The house is ideally situated in Bergerac, in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. You’ll be just 10 minutes from the shopping area (Leclerc, GrandFrais, Picard, restaurants, etc.) and 6 km from the town centre.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park.

- Bergerac railway station 6 km away, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat, 25 minutes from Périgueux
- Bergerac Airport is 15 minutes away
