“Clean, really large room with high ceilings. Nice lobby, easy parking. The tavern looks closed. Breakfast was good. Pool had debris on bottom.”

We were not able to make contact with anyone on the phone for 20 minutes. We were finally able to make contact with a representative which took about 10 minutes to check-in via phone and I had to provide my bank information again. The television did not work. The shower was difficult to work. Small room. The wifi password on the door was not the right...

“My stay in Boerne started with an incorrect booking that (at the beginning) the manager didn't want to change or refund. After my email to the Best Western Customer Care everything is solved. When I met the manager (after a month) he was very kind. So, good stay in Boerne... ”

“The place had beautiful views and potential to be a 5 star place. The room we stayed 826 had bugs of some type like sugar aints or Nat’s. When I asked about changing rooms or something nothing was available so that was a huge downside for us so we spent 99% of our time away from the room!”

“Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast is good, air conditioning kept the room cold. Everything is clean and the hotel is in a good position to restaurants, some are within walking distance, grocery stores and outdoor activities. ”

“Location is great! Beds were very comfortable. Wallpaper was peeling off at seams in bathroom which reduced a star imo. Didn’t appear well maintained. But very clean and great spot for the price!!”
