“My stay in Boerne started with an incorrect booking that (at the beginning) the manager didn't want to change or refund. After my email to the Best Western Customer Care everything is solved. When I met the manager (after a month) he was very kind. So, good stay in Boerne... ”

“Clean, really large room with high ceilings. Nice lobby, easy parking. The tavern looks closed. Breakfast was good. Pool had debris on bottom.”

“The room was so dirty and not stayable at all. The room smelled like fish, had to ask for another one. And the other room also smelled. The restroom was not clean at all the walls the ceiling had built up dirt. Had hair in the sheets. And breakfast was included but only had cereal.”

“Chris greeted us at check-out and noticed we were a family of 4. He offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king suite, as he saw there was availability. He was incredibly hospitable. The breakfast selection was very good and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. ”

“We had a late check-in and drove to the property. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the office. A note on the door provided a number to call. We were not able to make contact with anyone on the phone for 20 minutes. We were finally able to make contact with a representative which took about 10 minutes to check-in via phone and I had to provide my bank information again. The television did not work. The shower was difficult to work. Small room. The wifi password on the door was not the right...
