“Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.”

The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights. “What a lovely property! Parking was easy, there is so much space downstairs, and there are plenty of extras in case you forget anything. The home is easily accessible with gas stations next door and super clean. Great for groups!”

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

“For my girlfriend and I it was a perfect stay. A full one bedroom apartment with a small second bedroom. The place was clean and the A/C in the bedroom kept the entire apartment cool. We had a family event in the area, so we didn't spend much time during the day, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. We would certainly stay there again.”
