“What a lovely room and building. Really enjoyed this hotel. However, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very sketchy and clearly there is an issue with drug addiction in the area. I ate at the restaurant within the hotel and went to and from my car in the gated lot. I enjoyed many other towns in the Berkshires, but Pittsfield was not one of them. Wish this hotel was in a different city, as I would love to stay there again. ”

When I booked the reservation, I expected the main amenities such as the clubhouse to be easily accessible. In reality, the clubhouse sits on top of a hill. While there is temporary parking directly in front of the entrance, the designated guest parking is located at the bottom of the hill. This means guests either have to walk up a steep hill or...
