Located in Berlin, this enchanting house is a dream. With a cozy bedroom and a well-equipped bathroom, guests will feel right at home. The tranquil atmosphere of the property, along with amenities like WiFi and heating, make for a fantastic stay. Enjoy your time in Berlin at our house.

Cozy room in a magnificent custom-built French Chateau Bungalow. Full size bed. Quiet and sunny. Attached private bathroom, Private Kitchen.

Hot Tub available with an additional cost.

Guests have access to our exercise room that we also use.
No smoking or drugs or party. Quiet time from 11pm to 7am (check in quietly).
Please message me with any issues or concerns. If I do not respond within 10 minutes, please call me via cell phone.

Guests will have their own bedroom in a home, plus access to spaces that may be shared with others / Host family. For example, guests might walk through indoor spaces that another person may be sharing to get to their room.

My first time made amazing

I'd like to say that upon arriving the house was beautiful. There's a gorgeous backyard pond with a water spout in the middle. A nice accessible driveway and a cute little cobblestone walkway leading up to the entrance of the guest house. It was beautiful when we arrived inside. House was clean and inviting and there was also cold water and refreshments. Will 100% be booking again... I would give it a hundred stars if I could. Best experience ever.
