Camera impeccabile per gusto e comfort, con ampia gamma di cuscini e letto supercomodo. Unica mancanza il wifi (a pagamento in camera, gratuito nelle aree comuni) e la macchina per il caffe/te. Per il resto, hotel nel complesso eccezionale, personale impeccabile e cortese. Area fitness/spa piccola ma confortevole (forse la temperatura della piscina è un po' fredda).

Hotel da sogno
Veramente il lusso del lusso! Dalla camera (ampia, luminosa, piena di accorgimenti che facilitano il soggiorno, bagno in marmo con due lavandini, doccia e vasca, letto comodissimo, molteplici accessori), alla pulizia (ogni giorno pulizia in camera eccellente!), al personale (sempre, sempre cortese e molto agevolante), alla posizione (centralissima). Non avrei potuto davvero sperare di meglio! Hotel da sogno!

Albergo di lusso situato al centro della città e ben collegato con la metropolitana ed i taxi erano proprio all 'uscita dell'hotel .Camere eleganti,di classe con letti e cuscini molto confortevoli.Personale gentile e professionale .Esperienza indimenticabile .

Sicuramente Si trova in una delle migliori posizioni per visitare Berlino, nella parte più moderna della città, in uno scenario avvenieristico, adiacente al parco e all'uscita della metropolitana, nonché a soli 400/500 metri dalla porta di Brandeburgo. È uno splendido hotel di lusso, ottimi servizi e pulizia. Ha internet gratuito nella hall e a pagamento in camera. Consente di trascorrere una vacanza di sogno.

Escalera y pilares de mármol, mi habitación en el 11 piso con una bonita vista y una elegancia hermosa, baño amplio, máquina y cápsulas Nesspreso, bata elegante, la cama muy cómoda. El personal muy educados y atentos. Concierge siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con una sonrisa. Recepción muy amables.

Fantastic hotel, we loved the Art-Deco feel of our suite and the cocktail bar is great. Very friendly service across all encounters we had with staff. Location is brilliant.

Terry Greene the afternoon/evening doorman was outstanding and very pleasant and helpful. He gets 5 stars from us. The rest of our experience was rather disappointing for a Ritz Carlton. Did not get turn-down service on 1 of the 3 nights. Had to actually request water one day, after room service was done. I checked out a 4:00 AM, understandably early. However, there was only one person at the front desk, rolled up sleeves, no tie or coat. When I requested change of a large bill so I could tip bell man, I was told they carry no cash in the evenings. I requested that someone go to my room to retrieve our bags. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go up myself and bring the bags down. Not what I would expect at a Ritz-Carllton.

Terrific location for exploring all of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz, on the border between east and west Berlin.Close to transport, shops, restaurants, but hotel is set back from congestion of main streets and very quiet and private. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Check-in was seamless. The hotel itself has been renovated in a modern / art deco style that is very tasteful and offers the perfect selection of dining options available throughout the day. Indoor pool area and spa are a bonus. Rooms are well appointed and generous. Overall, felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a hotel and experience. Great location to walk to multiple sights. They made us feel so welcome and no ask was too big. Starts with the doormen and just flows through out the entire hotel-they're there to make life easier. We were on our yearly mother-daughter trip and this hotel made it even more special.

Great experience, first time in Berlin and I was anxious about not being able to communicate in German. Wasn’t an issue, staff were kind and patient. Had an amazing evening bar with awesome cocktails to wind down from a day of sight seeing. Will definitely being staying here again when visiting Berlin.
