“I stayed there twice within 2 weeks. First visit the room I booked was unavailable. No reason. The room I was put in the regular air conditioning didn't work. They had a (non-window) portable AC unit on the floor. It was very noisy. Room had coffee amenities but no coffee maker. That took 4 hours and 3 tries to get one. “I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
