“The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). “Wonderful location, great pub directly opposite, Het Magazin restaurant/cafe/bar about 30 yards away - superb. They are busy, you’ll probably get a seat if you pop in during the day but book for the evening. Well worth it. Everything we wanted to see easily walking distance.”
