“Very comfortable and modern apartment. The hotel is close to everything but is on a quiet street. It's a very short walk to the train station so it's super convenient. We loved our stay in Delft and would stay here again.”

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for”
