Hotel vicino a Berresford Reserve - Evandale

“The hotel is easy to find, and it was easy to park; both greatly appreciated. Matthew (?) on reception was very helpful and responsive before and after my stay when I needed some help with an invoice. The room itself was one of the best I've stayed in in Launceston; clean, spacious, light, well equipped. Great value, great experience. ”

“The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.”

“l'albergo è ben tenuto, le stanze sono pulite, il personale gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione. L'unica pecca è quella di essere un po' lontano dal centro. Sono preferibili le stanze con vista fiume, le altre danno su un'area commerciale/industriale. Comunque da raccomandare”

“The hotel is very dated. The room I stayed in has 70s furniture and the ugliest headboard I’ve ever seen. The blanket had a musty smell to it. There are no elevators so if you’re on 2nd or 3rd floor you have to carry your heavy luggage up. Not very handicap friendly. The breakfast is overpriced. ”

“An interesting, historic property with amazing views over the city. Everything one needs, but the upstairs rooms are more suited to the younger or able bodied. Hard to get parts of the room warm. Need to supply a map and information about parking. One can park along Law Street, once you negotiate the one way streets and find the backway into it, which isn't easy in dark, even with GPS.”

“Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened.”
