“Heat not working upon arrival. Maintenance spent an hour to finally get it going. And brought an oil heater for backup. After that, Heat/ac worked ONLY because we were the only ones in our set of cabins. It will never work properly when there are others occupied and one wants heat while the other may want a/c. Wrong type of mini splits for this application. ”
