Atlantic Watergate Oceanfront Residenza cittadina a Betania

Goditi le favolose viste sull'oceano da ogni livello della nostra residenza a tre piani nel Nord Betania. Siamo situati nella comunità Atlantic Watergate adatta alle famiglie di Tower Shores. Immagina di essere a pochi passi da una spiaggia privata - niente può battere la sensazione di essere proprio sull'oceano!

Concediti le viste e i suoni dell'oceano dal momento in cui entri nella porta. La nostra unità finale è una delle diciotto case a schiera direttamente sull'oceano. Il soggiorno è arredato con comodi posti a sedere, una Smart TV e internet. La cucina è ben fornita, c'è un tavolo da pranzo per sei e un bancone per tre. Sempre al primo piano troverete una stanza di polvere, lavatrice / asciugatrice, scale che conducono alle quattro camere da letto e, soprattutto, l'ingresso al portico e al ponte privati sull'oceano.

Ci sono tre camere da letto e un bagno completo al secondo piano. La camera da letto principale con vista sull'oceano ha un letto king size (due gemelli), terrazza privata e due altalene amaca. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e la terza camera ha una doppia; entrambe le camere hanno una vista sulla baia.

Direttamente sull'oceano si trova la master suite al terzo piano con letto matrimoniale queen size, soffitto a volta e bagno completo. Scopri l'alba sull'Oceano Atlantico dal ponte privato della master suite.

La nostra casa ha una doccia esterna chiusa, prodotti da spiaggia, biciclette e parcheggio per due auto sotto il ponte anteriore. Lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno per un massimo di otto persone vengono forniti tutto l'anno. Abbiamo anche molti giochi da tavolo, puzzle, una selezione di libri e attività divertenti per tenerti occupato nei giorni di pioggia.

This home is beautiful and perfect for our family of four fur baby. It’s clean (I’m very picky about this and this home is great), well appointed, and cozy. For those who care about such things, it’s also decorated with intention, which is very nice. Great place - our 2nd consecutive year there, and was just saying to the family, it should just become our annual thing. Love it!

Perfect Beach Retreat!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was simply perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't be better – right on the beach with stunning ocean views from every room. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even leaving us a welcome bouquet and snacks. Our dog loved the private beach path, and we cherished the peaceful mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Absolutely perfect!

We got exactly what we wanted, a place to decompress and enjoy the ocean views. Literally right on the beach. We had the beach to ourselves. We brought our dog and he loved it. We enjoyed the most beautiful, breathtaking sunrises from the bedroom balcony. Toni provided us with everything that we could possibly need. We arrived to fresh flowers and towels and bedding from a linen service. Everything was clean and the appliances seemed to be brand new. We hope to return again. Rennie and Brian

Great place to return to for another week at the beach

Second time we have stayed here-always very clean and supplied with snacks and a surprise bouquet of flowers. Owners very communicative and accessible if needed. Very quick to respond to questions before and during stay. Lovely that two good size bedrooms face the ocean and have lovely decks off each. Outdoor deck on street facing side and screened porch and a deck with seating area-great to enjoy coffee in the morning before taking private path to the beach

- The hosts were very attentive to their guests... kept us informed prior to the stay, left us lots of nice extras which we appreciated. Our Favorite spot!

This is our second time staying at this location. It is so beautiful and relaxing. We love watching our kids play on the beach, while enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. The beach is literally your backyard! The house is set up to accommodate large families comfortably and is always spotless. We can’t wait to return again soon!

This home is literally steps from the beach. We woke up and went to sleep listening to the sound of the ocean. The house was beautiful and clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. Toni, the owner, had snacks, paper products and linens delivered prior to our stay. Toni responds to inquiries promptly and she made our VRBO stay an extremely positive experience. We had a very memorable NYE weekend here and it felt like home.

Perfect location!!

With the back deck exiting directly onto the beach, this location couldn't be better. Between the views and quick access to the house for snacks or bathroom breaks, it was perfect. The house came with so many extras, including linens, toys, kitchen staples, and little shampoos. Toni was very responsive and the welcome bag was a really nice touch. I can see why this property is already booked up for next summer!

Great house, amazing beachfront location!

You cannot beat the beachfront location of this house. The condo is ON the beach. There’s a playground right there as well, and tennis courts. One restaurant within walking distance. House was clean and the owner was extremely responsive. Nice touches like snacks, bars of soap, shampoo, etc upon arrival.

Wonderful stay

Our family of six had a lovely stay at Tower Shores . The home was very clean when we arrived. The owner added a lot of little 'hotel' touches to the place like soap and shampoo. The beach is right out back and the views from the balconies are amazing. Hope to stay again. Also the owner was very responsive when I had a few questions.
