Benvenuti nella nostra meravigliosa Bethany Beach 3 camere da letto / 2. Casa a 5 bagni - situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare. Questa residenza si trova nella tranquilla comunità residenziale The Villas of Bethany West, a pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti e negozi.

La nostra cucina pulita e moderna comprende tutti gli elettrodomestici, un bar per la colazione e persino una lavatrice / asciugatrice. L'ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo include TV, camino, WiFi e molti comodi posti a sedere.

Le tre camere da letto sono tutte situate al 2 ° piano. C'è una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e altre due camere da letto con 2 letti singoli ciascuna. Ogni camera ha il proprio televisore a schermo piatto. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno per dormire ulteriormente.

La casa riceve molta luce naturale. Un grande portico schermato sul retro della casa si aggiunge allo spazio abitativo. Il portico è caratterizzato da un soffitto alto, lucernari, un ventilatore a soffitto, doccia esterna, posti a sedere per almeno 8 e un armadio fornito di sedie a sdraio e forniture aggiuntive. Una griglia a carbone e 3 biciclette sono anche previste per il tuo divertimento!

La tranquilla comunità residenziale ha una grande piscina con una piscina per bambini separata, campi da tennis / pickleball e canestro da basket - tutti a pochi passi da casa (proprio fuori dalla porta della veranda!) e senza costi aggiuntivi! C'è anche un facile accesso a un bellissimo Salt Pond con un molo per il lancio del kayak o della canoa. Cammina, pedala, guida o salta sul carrello di Bethany Beach per un facile giro in spiaggia o in città.

Possediamo la casa da molti anni, e amiamo anche le vacanze qui! Di conseguenza, forniamo articoli che altri noleggi potrebbero non avere, come biciclette, grill, giochi e giochi per bambini, libri / riviste, sedie a sdraio e una cucina ben fornita.

Family beach trip 2024

We had a wonderful family beach trip at 719D Treetop Lane. We enjoyed the living space, dining for at least 8, well equiped kitchen, screend in porch with furniture, outdoor shower, access to the swimming pool and tennis courts and bikes. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to DiFebo's Restaurant and Market as well as Grotto Pizza and the beach. Trolley stop right outside our door - awesome way to get to get to the beach without the hassle of parking. Grandkids loved it! Loved having a washer/dryer off the kitchen, 2 1/2 baths definitely a plus. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Great rental

Loved everything about this rental but were very disappointed we weren’t given first shot at renting same weeks next year so will have to find another great rental next year. Great location, home was clean and had everything we needed. Even learned how to use a charcoal grill.

Lovely End Unit Townhome

We found this property to be clean, well appointed, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, trolly stop and the beach. 4 bikes with locks in excellent condition provided. The community has a pool and tennis courts. The pool was not opened but looks lovely. We cannot wait to return this August with family and grandchildren.

Loved this house!

The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group, and each of us had our own bed. There are 2 full baths and powder room, which is a huge convenience with 5 people. The location is great! There are a few restaurants right at the end of the street. It is a little bit of a walk or bike ride to the beach, so we chose to drive/park since it was off-season…if we were to stay during the season, we would just bike or use the trolley to go to the beach. The community is tucked away with tennis courts and a pool, which are both very nice! The owner’s communication was great! We had a tropical storm coming our way, so we were in touch a few times. I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness while we navigated the weather situation!! We will absolutely stay here again!! :)

Quick Family Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family and the quality of service was amazing. There were toys and games...Legos and Beat the Parents! Thank you, saved the day once... comfortable beds for all and a wonderful location. We enjoyed the pool, the trolly, and walking from town in the evening. It also felt special to be welcomed somewhere that the owners family had enjoyed for decades. We hope to be back for a longer stay next summer. You won't be disappointed booking this stay in Bethany Beach.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed the townhome - it was spacious and well laid out. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets- walking distance to some. The beach is a little less than a mile away - we walked but the trolley also comes by often. The pool in the complex was lovely - it may have been our toddler’s favorite part of the trip. The owner is very responsive.

Absolutely Perfect!

From the interaction with the owner to the smallest of details in the home, this was by far one of our best vacations. The house is in a great location; close enough to the beach to ride a bike or take the trolley that stops out front every 15 minutes, a hop and a skip from the pool and walking distance to restaurants. We brought our kayaks and went out every morning. We ate and puzzled on the screened in porch and enjoyed the state of the art sound system and the frogs. This was a great trip!

Comfortable and convenient

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this charming home. It was well stocked and clean. The older kids loved picking up the trolley right outside the unit and the younger one loved the pool.

Very nice house and host.

The property was very nice and exactly as described unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Hurricane Ian caused the neighborhood to flood but the owners of the property were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay!

This home is amazing! It was so clean and SO ORGANIZED! We had everything we needed and it was more organized than any place we've stayed before. Comfy furniture and bed. Quiet, even with the pool and tennis courts nearby - which was a treat! So very happy to have been able to stay at such a comfy, clean, convenient home.

Love this place!

Been coming to this house for 25 years! Love it… love the location and the property is so well maintained! Pool is a few steps away. Beach less than a mile, access for kayaks into the salt Pond. Trolley stop right outside door. Owners are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great family trip

We had a wonderful week at this property. We had great communication with Matt before and during the stay and we really appreciated how well stocked the house was. There were so many extras not normally found in a rental property — it felt like you were staying at a friend’s house. The kids loved the pool right in back of the house and we loved walking around the neighborhood .

Lovely little townhome in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants. We were in town for a weekend in April so didn't get to use the outdoor amenities as we'd have liked but the place was great and we would definitely stay there again!

A Gem in Bethany

Matt was responsive and very accommodating. He allowed us an earlier check-in time as the property was clean and ready for use. I cooked 2 meals during our 2 night stay and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything I needed. The property is so close to center Bethany yet tucked back just enough off the main road to give you the feeling that you are away from everything. The decor of the house was exactly what you want when you are away at the beach. Trust all the positive reviews because this property certainly is a gem!

Cozy and Welcoming

The townhome fits the best of both worlds for a family vacation - close enough to the beach with the additional amenities of lovely pool and tennis courts. Although the upstairs is a bit small, the downstairs is perfect - especially the screened-in porch. Owners have stocked the place extremely well - from cleaning supplies to kids' games. Great place to vacation.
