Prenota subito i mesi migliori; Settembre ottobre! Nessuna folla, oceano caldo, temperature perfette. Prenota ora! South Bethany Beach al suo meglio! Sul canale ma il 7 ° casa dalla spiaggia. I recenti aggiornamenti includono nuovo frigorifero, lavastoviglie, vernice esterna e un pozzo del fuoco a gas! Recentemente rinnovato, inclusa la nuova vernice dappertutto! Re-verniciato ponte e dock troppo. Non un condominio o appartamento, ma un privato 4 BRM casa unifamiliare sul canale con dock e ponte nella parte posteriore. Parcheggi fuori strada per quattro. La spiaggia è subito fuori dalla porta 1 1/4 isolati di distanza. Siamo la settima casa dall'Oceano Atlantico ancora su un canale alla baia sul lato della baia di autostrada costiera. Vicino Fenwick, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, e Ocean City. A piedi per i negozi di York Beach per il mercato di McCabe, Misaki Sushi, di Grotto Pizza e altro ancora. Portate la vostra barca per il nostro 'dock 32 o affittare uno. Granchio e pesce dal molo, o rilassarsi sul ponte privato con un grill a gas, buca per il fuoco a gas, tavolo e sedie, ombrellone e sedie Adirondack. Il portico schermato al secondo piano ha una vista sul canale e sul pozzo del fuoco. L'accesso al canale a Little Assawoman Bay e Assawoman Bay compresi i ristoranti Fenwick Island come Cattura 54 fino a Ocean City e l'Atlantico. Accesso Canal a Indian River e Rehoboth Bays compresi i ristoranti della spiaggia di Dewey. 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi più una doccia esterna, 10 posti letto. Lenzuola / asciugamani non forniti ma disponibili localmente in affitto o portati da casa. Off pacchetti disponibili Stagione Weekend. Nota Si affitta solo da Sabato a Sabato in stagione; Giugno a agosto. È possibile inserire le date, ottenere un preventivo e quando è pronto 'PRENOTA ORA' a destra!

First time visit to South Bethany and we had a great time. The house was as expected. Great having the dock in the back and a very short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay.

My family and I loved staying here. Perfect location on the canal and a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. Since it’s in south Bethany you’re away from the crowds but only a 5 min drive to the main Bethany strip. We would definitely stay here again.

We were within walking distance of the beach as well as a shopping plaza. The boardwalk and additional shopping was just a short drive away. The house was perfectly cozy and the outdoor spaces were our favorite. The patio with fire pit and seating along the canal was great for evening gatherings. Dining out in the sun room was amazing, especially with the ocean breeze coming through the large windows.

Lovely location in S Bethany. Easy to get to Bethany, Dewey, Ocean City and Rehobeth. Grocery stores and great restaurants near by. House on canal with all needed amenities. Owner extremely responsive and very helpful. Kitchen is a little dated, but very functional.

Overall, the place met our needs. There were a few hiccups - second floor shower leaked and the sink in each bathroom drained slowly...and then the dryer broke but was repaired in time for the next tenant. All is all, everything worked out ok for our group.

Great place to unwind and take advantage of the surrounding area. Easy access to beach and we enjoyed the back patio and second floor sun room. TV systems in all rooms were a major plus. Owner made process real easy.

My wife and I returned to this nice space in November. Bethany is quiet in the off season, which is what we were looking for. Very relaxing. The outdoor space and firepit is great and the living space in the house is also good.

Loved the outdoor space and convenient location to the beach. We enjoyed the large screened in porch and fire pit. I would recommend mounting the TV above the fireplace and adding a couch/chair for additional living room seating. Also, an additional set of dishes would be helpful since our group of 7 went through the plates at every meal. A beautiful week, great weather, and a lovely place to stay!

Perfect little getaway house, fully stocked w all you’ll need kitchen wise, had extra propane available for fire pit and grill, it rained the whole time and we still had a lovely time just staying indoors. Screened in porch for the win!

We were very impressed at the responsiveness of our host and the sweet location of the house. The dock and walking distance to the beach are both hits and I plan on coming back. My girlfriends and I planned a girlfriends' getaway weekend (no husbands, no children, just us ladies) and wanted a property close to the beach that had a firepit. These were our only MUST HAVES. We chose this property because the post said it had both. Prior to arrival, the owner was extremely communicative. Check-in was super easy and the house was "nice enough for us". It's nothing fancy, but it was nice, clean, and spacious enough for four adult women. There were ants on the screened porch, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We planned to sit around the firepit on our second night there, and realized the firepit wouldn't ignite. I immediately called the owner to troubleshoot the problem. We tried putting on a new propane tank and made sure the tank was properly screwed onto the firepit...it still wouldn't ignite! The owner said he was unable to come by and would check to see if his maintenance guy was available to come check it out in a few days. IN A FEW DAYS??? We only rented the property for the weekend, and he wasn't able to come fix the problem until after we checked out. Needless to say, we were disappointed. After all, one of the main reasons we chose this property was because it had a firepit! I asked the owner if he would be willing to give us a small refund due to his inability to come fix the firepit during our stay. This was, in my opinion, the fair and "right" thing to do given the circumstances. Needless to say, the owner refused a partial refund and ignored my messages. This is unfortunate, as I have never had a negative experience at a VRBO property and have never left a negative review. THIS IS MY FIRST!! We paid A LOT of money for a weekend stay at a home that was supposed to have a working firepit. The owner dismissed our concerns and did not make an attempt to fix the problem while we were there. (We stayed here in late Sept - early October 2020). Extremely disappointed in the owner's lack of concern/service!!
