Lovely Sea Colony Home

Love this house. Have booked it 2 years in a row and will rent in the future. Great location close to tram stop. Comfy beds and well appointed decor. One of my favorite Sea Colony layouts. Fells like a home away from home.

Best house to rent

Everything you could ever need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Kitchen has every gadget/pan you could use. Good location- close to outdoor pools and fitness center, lake right in front of the house and a pier right down the street. Beach chairs, sand toys, water toys, a kids water table, kids chairs in garage. Great stay!

Second time is a charm

This was the second time we stayed in this unit. Everything was great. Well stocked kitchen, large screen tv’s, beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the fire alarms. One call to Vacasa and it was resolved immediately. We would stay here again!!!

Well equipped

Awesome, spacious place for vacation. Great patio and great kitchen. I showed up with some extra pots and utensils, etc. and only used my steamer pot, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. We did not utilize as we had our own but they also allow use of the chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage. All in all, great place and would stay here again!

Best house in Sea Colony

We had a great stay here and will be sure to book this house again next year! The house is clean and close to everything (new aquatic center, tram stop, lakes). Fully equipped kitchen is nice, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, a water table and baby pool are available for use which is awesome! We really appreciated the loft area because the owners added a wrap around solid curtain so it’s like a small private bedroom. Also, the back sunroom area has blinds on the doors and a futon in there so that’s like bedroom too. Can’t wait to go back!

Rooms as advertised

The house was comfortable and as advertised…our only complaint was the odor. Probably carpets need a good cleaning. I tried using baking soda to eliminate the odor and it helped a little - but we are paying too much money to have to try and solve for something like that.
