ABOUT THE HOME Inside, you’ll find three primary suites, a cozy children’s bedroom, and a loft space leading to a private deck. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring dual islands illuminated by pendant lighting, custom white cabinetry, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The sun-drenched dining area has been expanded to create a grand space, offering seating for over 20 guests—perfect for lavish gatherings or intimate family dinners. TELEVISIONS This property has (5) TV's total, all of which are equipped with cable (except bedroom #3). The TVs in the king bedroom and the den are smart TV's.
General note: Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.
BEACH & OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT The owner provides the following beach equipment for your enjoyment: 10 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, and 8 bikes. Quantity and condition are not guaranteed. If you'd like to rent additional beach chairs, bikes, or other recreational equipment, please contact us and we will gladly refer you to local companies we recommend and trust.
GRILLING This home has a gas grill. The owner provides (1) propane tank for you to use and will pay to have it refilled as needed. You must contact Win-Le Vacations if/when a refill is needed during your stay.
AMENITIES & USAGE FEES Sea Colony is an award-winning Beach & Tennis Resort Community, featuring a half mile of private pristine beach, 12 pools (including beachfront & indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, community shuttle, playgrounds, basketball, walking and biking trails, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best US Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory; see bottom of listing for details.
All renters at Sea Colony are responsible for paying an Amenities Fee. This fee includes a recreation badge as well as up to two parking permits per unit. A minimum of three badges must be purchased to receive a second parking permit. Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
MISCELLANEOUS Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
Parking: Sea Colony will only issue parking permit for 2 vehicles. Exception: Rental units that accommodate and purchase 10 or more guests badges are eligible for a third parking permit, available for $50. This permit can only be issued by the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe and is valid only for parking in the large overflow lot located at the southwest corner of Route 1 and West Way Drive. Please note: the third pass is not available during the weeks before or after the July 4th holiday, does not guarantee a parking space, and is non-refundable.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Wonderful rental!! Clean, bright, spacious and overall beautiful house to stay in for the week! Plenty of space for our entire family (11 total people/3 families). Loved the big seating area, spacious barhrooms and huge table/extra island off the kitchen. Super quick and easy access to/from Sea Colony. Only “negative” was limited family games/activities/puzzles to play. Communication for check in/check out and minor door code problem was quick and efficient. Would absolutely rent here again.

PERFECT!!!!!
This home is beautiful, spacious, and has a perfect location!!! The kitchen had everything we needed for our big family meals and the living space was perfect for family game night. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. Beach chairs and bikes were in great shape. By far the best house in Sea Colony!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us

Excellent location and beautiful updated home.
Sea Colony is great and this property is in a great location. Easy walk to beach and to marketplace with restaurants. Everything updated ; outside decks on the pond is an extra bonus.
