    The Space:

    A fantastic home base, this family-friendly getaway is conveniently located within a mile of Bethany Beach and an array of local dining options. You’re also close to a trolly stop and will have access to a boat ramp. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the covered porch with a view of the water, your afternoons exploring the area attractions, and your evenings playing board games or watching a movie in the stylish living room. The light and bright interior features a coveted open layout paired with designer finishes such as herringbone flooring, wall-to-wall windows, and a gorgeous kitchen with a center island. Create crowd-pleasing meals and dine together at the elegant table or enjoy alfresco meals with a view. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack ‘n Play and board games, while the washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a seasonal outdoor shower add convenience during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property does not have cable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Beautiful Home, Close to Everything

This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in near Bethany - clean, spacious, all the necessary amenities, and close to everything in Bethany. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend! The house was so cute and clean - there was plenty of room for everyone! The trolley stop was right near the house, making it easy to get to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great home & location!

The home was lovely and very comfortably accommodated our family of six. It could easily have handled the advertised ten people. The open concept living area, well appointed kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, laundry area, and outdoor shower were all great. We loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to downtown and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We recommend that you bring paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent as only a small amount was provided.

Beach getaway

The home is in a great location near the beach and with a great view. The kitchen is beautiful with a center island that's great for conversations. The breakfast nook is situated near a window with a great view of the canal. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable everyone had space and the extra bathrooms were great. The only issues we had was the cable wasn't working and we were unable to see regular channels and the water pressure was low in one of the bathrooms.
