It also boasts an ideal location just over two miles from downtown Bethany Beach and boardwalk attractions. A private, fully screened deck comes furnished for outdoor living and dining. Golfers will find themselves just five miles from the renowned Bear Trap Dunes golf course.

The home is just a half a block away from the beach and there's a variety of beach gear provided for use during your stay. An outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the side door to the bedrooms so you can rinse off sand and saltwater before heading inside. After freshening up, kick back with a cold beverage on the screened patio or fire up the gas grill for a family cookout.

An updated sectional and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living area. The full kitchen is well-equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Cable is available on the living room TV. Streaming services are available for all TVs, with guests’ own account(s).
The second floor is off-limits to guests.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
