On days when you want to hang out closer to home, indulge in sun-filled afternoons by the private pool.

Bright, fresh, filled with natural lighting, and sporting all-new carpeting for 2024, your retreat exudes a warm feeling of welcome the moment you walk in the door. Unwind in the spacious living room, adorned with soft seating, cheerful colors, and a large TV. The chef of your family will adore the full kitchen's gleaming marble countertops, wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand. And dine alfresco on the large deck in the afternoon with the sun shining above you.

An oasis in itself, the enclosed yard is sure to be a focal point for the group thanks to its wealth of amenities! Go for a refreshing dip in the pool or have a friendly game with your other guests using the basketball hoop. Grab a refreshing drink from the outdoor fridge afterward and warm up by the firepit. The picnic table is the perfect place for a snack or to comfortably lounge.

Each of the four bedrooms and the extra loft area ensure that there is plenty of space for you and yours to sprawl out and experience a blissful night's rest.

The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool and hot tub are not heated and there is no pool alarm. (Pool will close for the season 9/30/2025)
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
