If you can stay an entire week, you'll enjoy 10-15% off daily rates (depending on the time of year). This home offers plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It boasts a lovely deck, a pool table for entertainment, and has been fully renovated with a stunning new kitchen and updated bathrooms. For your comfort, there are also two enormous smart TVs for streaming, a screened porch, washer and dryer and private parking. There's even a kitchen beverage fridge as well as another full sized "extra" refrigerator. You'll find a convenient 1st-floor bedroom, perfect for multi-generational families. The owner even provides 2 kayaks for guest use, and you'll love that it's just a short walk to the beach. A gas grill is also available for your outdoor cooking needs. Located in lovely and private Bayview Park, you'll love the proximity to the beach at the end of the street or the lovely beaches in the State Park and Fenwick Island. You'll be just a bike ride or drive to the adorable Bethany Beach Boardwalk with it's lovely eateries and unique shops. No Pets or Smoking Please. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for all stays.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.  Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.  Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
