We texted him one night and told him the hot tub water had an odor(our fault bc we weren’t putting chlorine in it) and he had someone there early the next morning draining and refilling it. Can’t ask for better service. Some of the other reviews mentioned the fishing pond being mossy…my kids were a little bummed at...
