We were in the midst of a snow storm and she lost internet and computer for about an hour. Lots of agitated guests were rolling in and she handled it like a champ. ”

“Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me.”
