There was plenty of room for our boys and their friends. The house is larger than it appears. The house is very easily accessed from the main roads and close to amenities. If you are into cooking and baking, the kitchen may not be a good fit unless you bring your own measuring spoons and cups. We struggled a little with that aspect of the property.The owners were fantastic to work with. Very responsive!We did have to make a run to HyVee to purchase Kleenex, shower wash, and shampoo for the bathrooms. A few of the "clean" pots and pans had food on them but I put that on the cleaning folk or property management and not the owners.We would definitely rent the property again.

Perfect place to host our family Christmas. Eric was very responsive and accommodating. Video games were a great plus for entertainment. House was well equipped. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The home was in such a great location! The rooms were perfect sizes and plenty of space for us all! We loved the games in the basement! The beds were also SUPER comfortable! Thank you for having such a nice VRBO!! We loved it and will be back again!

This property was very well kept and clean which made it easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. Nice appliances. Extremely spacious and perfect for a very large family gathering. We had ourselves and 3 adult children with their spouses and one infant. The 3 separate sitting areas was perfect for us. The only downfall was parking space. We had 3 full-size SUVs and it was tight. Very cozy neighbourhood. If you like privacy, it’s perfect. We drove 600 miles to visit family and it didn’t disappoint. Our extended family even came over one evening due to the adequate space we had. I would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this house. It was close to many places to visit and in a quiet area. The house was very clean, modern updates, had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. The hosts answered any questions we had very fast. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this updated house with comfortable beds and a nice amount of space. We had 8 people out of the 10 allowed. Some touches that would be very helpful are nightlights in the bathrooms, waste baskets in the bedrooms, and mirrors in the bedrooms. Mirrors and trashcans in the rooms enable guests to not have to wait to get into the bathroom to do hair or throw something away. The mirror in the dining room worked but not so convenient to do hair in that location. Nice fridge with ice and lots of room for food even though we didn't cook. Games in the basement, large screen, large sitting area. Would have had fun hanging out had we had time but were there for a family reunion.

Golf Weekend/Family Reunion

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 8. We had plenty of room and there were several spaces within the house where we could all be together without feeling cramped. All questions were answered very quickly - would definitely stay at the property again. Thank you!

Great Spot for A Friends Weekend

Space was very clean. Had lots of places to sit and chat. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Was good parking and house was easy to get to. Check in and check out was simple and communication with property manager was just the right amount.

Quiet Stay

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. Very quiet neighborhood, minutes away from several restaurants and activities. The house was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the basement and the arcade games. Very spacious and the bedrooms were adequate for our needs. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom. Hosts were always prompt to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend and stay at again.

Ok but could have been better

The house was clean (except for the furniture on the screened in patio that was in need of cleaning) and nicely updated but the first night smelled of smoke all night due to neighbor having a bonfire that infiltrated all rooms in the house, particularly the basement rooms, even with all windows being closed. There are 3 showers in the house but they take up the hot water easily when more than one is operating at the same time. This also affected the temperature of the kitchen water after 4 showers were taken throughout the morning. The owner did offer to send a maintenance guy to check the water heater but we were busy and did not respond to the message in time. Kitchen is on the small side but had plenty of plateware and glasses but not enough silverware and no casserole dishes/pans. Also, need to plan to bring all cooking needs such as spices, etc. as the kitchen is not stocked with these items. Also, only 2 kitchen towels and no dishrags for wiping down counters and table. Also, beds are pictured correctly on the listing but the 1st bedroom is a king, not queen. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are identical with a queen on bottom and twin on top of bunk. So these are incorrectly noted in the listing. This a nice large property for kids to run around but not really a playground as noted in the listing.

Great stay in Quad Cities

This home in Bettendorf was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was not a far drive to get to anything we wanted to do. The home was very clean.

Iowa Trip 2024

Nice property, plenty of space, enjoyed the video games in the rec room. It was great having a refrigerator on both levels. I enjoyed coffee each morning in the sunroom looking out over the yard and small wildlife, quite peaceful.

Family reunion

Eric was a fantastic host - very responsive and easy to work with. The home was just as advertised with no surprises. We were in town for a family reunion, so the location worked well; it was a short 10-20 minute drive to all our activities. We had 6 adults + 3 kids under four years old, so the sunroom was our morning hang-out. It was also great to have multiple living spaces with the finished lower level. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that the walls are not well insulated from noise (aka crying kids at night) which meant it was tough to get a good night's sleep. If we had older kids or just adults, this wouldn't be a problem at all.

Visit

Great place. Back out and away from city stuff but close enough to get thins. Kids had fun in the large yard. Iowa Sweet corn sold down the street for us to take home to Florida. Love coming home to visit and this was a great place to stay for all of us to be together
