“In my opinion the bathroom was the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in!
The staff were welcoming and helpful.
There is a parking garage behind the hotel that charged us $10.00 for our overnight stay. There is a skywalk that connects it the hotel. It was a little confusing, but that was probably just due to our age! ”

“I would say the hotel is nice and everything but the customer service is not the best. We had an issue with no hot water my eight year-old showered and only had hot water for a minute. Had to finish with an ice cold shower which she
cried the whole time about.. and we were promised compensation after had to move our family of 5 at 10pm at night which isn't ideal with 3 kids.. We didn't receive and have yet to hear from the GM after emailing him directly. I think this is poor customer service on...
