“While there are some updates around the property, some of the carpet looks worn down. Also the breakfast was okay but I have stayed in nicer hotels in bigger cities for the same amount per night.”

“The property looked gorgeous in pictures. But fire pit was blocked off and un usable, hot tub was broke and couldn't be used, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, went to check in and no one was around. Waited for 15 min before someone finally arrived at desk. Breakfast gets cleaned up right away. So dont be 1 minute late. She picked it up as we were trying to get food. Definitely not worth the money.”

“The rooms/gathering areas/breakfast, and staff were amazing! The only hiccup we had was when we went to check in, they didn’t have us down that we were staying there. When I booked months ago through Expedia I had booked a (2 night) Friday and Saturday night stay. Then we had something come up that we needed to cancel just the Friday night and keep the Saturday. On Expedia it showed that my Friday night was canceled and my Saturday stay was still booked And even sent me alerts that my stay was...

“We enjoyed our stay. We flew out of the Des Moines airport, left our car at the Hampton Inn and were taken to the Airport by shuttle. We flew back a week later at 11:30 at night and were picked up promptly by the Hampton Inn shuttle. So quick and convenient. Our room was perfect as well. The night staff were so kind and considerate.”
