“Our room did not have any heat; it was cold and I was ill. Someone tried to get the heater to work (unsuccessfully); they brought a space heater and extra blankets. The bathroom light was missing a bulb; loose tiles on the bathroom floor; we had to move our car from the lot before 8:30 am due to construction (on Saturday?). We needed to ask for a partial refund, but no one was available when we moved our car and left.”

Check in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita. ”

“The room was shocking. Very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, even the net curtains at the hotel entrance were dirty. Avoid.”
