“It was a B & B with a gracious hostess and a clean, comfortable room with a king bed. This was one of two places we stayed in England where we got a washcloth and kleenex in our room! The bath towel was huge and she supplied upscale shampoo, body wash and hand lotion. The breakfast was made to order and anything from continental to full English was offered. It was very quiet.”

“What a wonderful little b&b from the moment we got there John and val were exceptional they could not have offered anything extra from the welcome, room, helpfulness, knowledge of the area and the breakfast wow. “The garden room was a static caravan with two bedrooms. When I booked it I did not know this. Otherwise I would not have booked it. It had a seating area outside which was good. Access through a door in the fence was to the pay car park. 17£ for a week. The caravan itself was full of the owners Knick knacks. Even in the bathroom. See the photos. The owner John was very pleasant and most helpful. ”

“It was all very good, we asked for a chair for the room and got one straight away. Towels were changed every day and it was all very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat, all served fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Inn, the only thing I will mention is that we thought we were staying in Bideford, not realising the Hotel was in Westward Ho but it wasn't a problem.”

“Myself and my 2 children (10 &14) had a lovely stay at Rosie's cottage. The cottage was clean, beds were comfy, everything you need in the kitchen. The cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature and could be used whenever we wanted. The peacocks in the garden kept my youngest occupied along with the trampoline. The cottage is close enough to Bideford, Westward Ho etc but out of the way in a small village. The hosts were very welcoming and were on hand if...

“The Golden Bay holiday park is in a wonderful location, close to the sea and the town centre, and its very quiet, hard to beat anywhere else in Westward Ho! Early vibes had been poor.
