“Unfortunately, my stay at this property was quite disappointing. The room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. There were visible long strands of hair (including what appeared to be blonde human hair and dog hair), which made the space feel poorly maintained. Noise was also a significant issue. Other guests were inconsiderate late into the night, and there was no effective way to address it. I attempted to contact the front desk, but it appears it is not staffed 24 hours, and calls...

“The floor was covered in chicken and goose droppings because there were no fences and many chickens and geese ran around, even pooping in front of your room. The outdoor hot tub was completely unusable, and the tub was full of leaves, mud, and dust. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it.I messaged the host on the day I checked in saying there was no hot water outside, but they didn't reply until the next day when I was about to check out.”

“It’s an older property and the bathrooms need to be updated. Painting the original Pink Tile white is Not an Upgrade. The Room was Ok it wasn’t great. But it’s Not expensive either for being in Los Gatos so that’s a plus. Thomas H.”

“Very nice breakfast offerings, which is complimentary and quite varied (several hot food options, including scrambled eggs, different meats, sliced fruit, whole fruits, muffins, pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, etc.) I'm a repeat visitor to the hotel (solo travel due to work) and every room I've reserved has been extremely spacious. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”
