“Hot tub was adequately warm although bubblers didn't work. The pool was not heated. King and quen beds are not available and the restaurant is not open. Adequate for one night stays as may be required. ”

“My daughter and I stayed here before her tumbling competition and it was a fantastic stay. The location is 10/10, amenities are great, and beds and pillows are comfy! Bonus - the rooms were fairly soundproof/hotel was quiet as we didn’t hear anything coming from the hall and we were just off the elevators. Would stay here again!”

“At first we were put in the basement. The room should not have been a room. It was dark with a small window, damp, and the smell of mold hit you as you walked down the stairs. Open the door and immediately turned around and asked to be relocated to a different room. Staff obliged and was going to move us next door… we asked to be moved upstairs one level. Room was a little better no mold smell but smelt like cigarettes. As someone with severe respiratory issues I left after one night as I...

“The breakfast was subpar - I ended up going to Tim Hortons across the street. The mattress was horrible and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like.”

“We stayed here this past week for a family wedding and had such a great experience. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We unfortunately had a bit of an unexpected situation with a flood during our stay, and the way the team handled it was amazing! so accommodating and quick to help. Truly made a stressful moment so much easier. And the breakfast was so good, such a great start to each day. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
