“Spent total of 4 nights (booked for 5 but left a day early) over past week. Never had a chance to try breakfast. It was included in the booking, but nowhere to be seen in the morning. I waited near 30min one day, assured it would be out soon, but I ran out of time waiting. This breakfast is incorporated in the price right? The Friday June 5th front desk girl I checked out with in the evening was absolutely not interested in my complaint. Room is small but understandable considering its age. ...

“Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all.”

“Beautiful view. Super easy check in. Parking is right at your door no matter what floor you’re on. Be perfect with kids during warmer months. Beach and park right across the street .”

“Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.”

“It’s very dated, which makes it look a bit dirty…it could really use a facelift for sure. Staff was lovely and having a bunk bed in the room for the kids was really nice. Access to a quick breakfast was great too. Staff was helpful and kind.”

“Left the property at 10:15 as someone enter our room and the room beside us with key card. Asked for ability to transfer rooms and security guard told us property was fulled booked and no other room was available and”

“Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good - the chef prepared our hot plates for us rather than keep food heated up Buffett style. Nothing fancy about this hotel but the beds were comfortable and staff were friendly.”

“Good hotel for a short stay. Wish the breakfast was offered up to 10:00 am; went down at 9:30 am everything was closed. The person at the desk who welcomed us was very kind and professional. While the person at the desk when we left was unfriendly and unhelpful.”
