Summary:
Our Big Bear home has everything you will expect for a local getaway and MUCH MORE! Full Log Home that's close to the lake, a huge lot, fenced back yard for your pet, nice sized kitchen, a huge game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and air hockey. Outside you'll find a built in BBQ, a full size basketball hoop, ping pong table in the garage, flatscreen TV's and lots of room to entertain your friends & family. Enjoy one of our many fun board games in front of the fireplace.

You must be 21 years or older to book this home. The max cars allowed on proptery is 3 cars. There is no street parking allowed.

The Space:
This is a wonderful stand along Log home that has tons of room for everyone with over 2500 Sq Ft of living area on a 11,767 Sq Ft lot. It's one of the few with a two car garage which is nice so you can store your motorcycles, your wet skis/snowboards or even a car if you like. Additionally, there's a large locked gate area for securing your boat, your RV or even a trailer. When you first enter, our kitchen is to your right that opens up to the dining room area. You'll find all the dishes, pots/pans, cups and silverware you could want. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well. You have full access and use to the laundry machines. Upstairs you'll find a amazing game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and shuffleboard. Plus a large flat screen TV with sitting area so the whole family can all hang out and play games. The house is equipped with internet, cable TV and flat screens. There's also a bar in the game room (bring your own booze :) All we ask is you please respect our neighbors and take care of our home. We do as that you do not have loud parties. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in you being asked to leave with no refund so PLEASE be courteous. Small pets are welcome but you are required to clean up after them or pay a $50 cleaning fee (more if on carpet or furniture). Just set up the grill, roll out the ping pong table and have a blast in front of your own log home!

Guest Access:
You get access to the entire home and garage. Instructions are sent the week of your stay

The Neighborhood:
Very close to lake, close to the Alpine slide, the really fun bowling barn, downtown Big Bear and all the fun shops, restaurants, bars, etc

Other Things to Note:
Parking & Snow Chain Requirements:
We have ample parking spaces with the gates open so please pull in off the street. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4x4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive.
