“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

“This was our little christmas vacation. The house was so beautiful. I love the open space, tall ceilings and all the windows, no matter where you were you had a gorgeous view of the trees and lake. The house was warm and cozy feel. The kids loved the air hockey machine!The house was very well stocked.
