Big Bear Splash is a rare find in the mountains: a five-bedroom cabin built around its own private indoor heated pool, one of the very few in Big Bear. While the snow falls outside, everyone is swimming inside. Come summer, the same pool cools you off after a day on the lake. It is the reason groups book once and return every season.



The house sits on a fenced half-acre where kids and dogs can actually run. There is a game room the adults quietly compete over: pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a five-hole putting green. Outside there is a hot tub under the pines, a basketball and pickleball court, a custom playset, and a deck built for long dinners and slow mornings with coffee.



Inside, the cabin was made for a crowd that wants to be together. An open kitchen with granite counters and room for everyone to cook. A fireplace to gather around. Five bedrooms that sleep up to sixteen, so three generations or a few families can share one roof without stepping on each other.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, with no shared spaces.



Included for your stay: the indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor BBQ, pickleball/basketball court, two indoor fireplaces, and high-speed WiFi.



The Neighborhood:

Big Bear Splash is located in a prime Big Bear Lake neighborhood, offering both space and convenience. The home sits on a half-acre lot with restaurants, shops, and local conveniences nearby.



The Towne Trail runs nearby, winding through the woods with lake and north shore views. Please check current trail conditions and closures before setting out. It’s the perfect location for guests who want a peaceful mountain retreat close to skiing, dining, shopping, trails, and Big Bear fun.



Getting Around:

Snow Summit is just 0.4–0.5 miles from the home, making it easy to walk to the slopes. Bear Mountain is about an 8–10 minute drive away. Grocery stores, CVS, shopping, and several restaurants are less than a mile away, including Vons and Stater Bros. Big Bear Lake Village, with additional restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is about a 4-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed and dispose of waste responsibly.



🪪 ID Verification Required

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted without ID verification.



📋 Good Neighbor Policy – Required by the City

Guests are required to review and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy before arrival. This is a city-mandated rule for all short-term rental stays. We'll send the document after booking. It must be completed and submitted to receive check-in instructions.



Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund, in accordance with local regulations and our house policies.



🔹 Good Neighbor Policy (Required)

Big Bear Lake has a Good Neighbor Policy in place for all short-term rental guests. This includes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no outdoor amplified music, maximum occupancy and parking limits, and respectful behavior toward neighbors and the community.



All guests are required to review and sign the Good Neighbor Policy agreement before check-in. We will send the form after booking, and it must be completed before your arrival.



🔹 Strict Occupancy Limit

This home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests, including children and infants. No exceptions can be made due to city regulations.



🔹 Parking Limitations

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, including RV or boat parking. No street parking is permitted.



🔹 Pool Heat Fee

If you’d like the indoor pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $85/day heating fee, and the pool can be heated to a maximum of 80°F.
