The Summit Walk Escape offers the ultimate convenience, situated just steps away from Snow Summit Resort, making it a great choice for avoiding parking fees and full parking lots. It's a PET-FREE cabin, ideal for those with allergies, and features three bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, making it perfect for groups and families.
The Space:
This mountain vacation home offers a cozy living room, complete with a charming stone wood burning fireplace that sets a romantic ambiance. You'll also find a generously sized LCD Smart TV for your entertainment needs, while the high-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi ensures seamless streaming. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a smart LCD TV, perfect for enjoying your preferred streaming channels via Roku.
The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware to prepare your favorite meals. Step outside to the fenced backyard, where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub, sizzle up delicious meals on the BBQ, and relax on the spacious deck with ample seating, allowing you to savor the refreshing mountain air.
The location couldn't be better, walk to Snow Summit. The village and the lake are just a convenient 5-minute drive away. The cabin is nestled on a tranquil street, ensuring a peaceful retreat. Please keep in mind that this cabin is strictly pet-free, and smoking is not permitted on the property.
Garage parking is also available for your convenience.
Ski/board racks are provided in the garage, please do not bring in the house.
Please be aware that absolutely no pets are allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
We are highly asthmatic and cannot allow any animals. Please respect our policy.

We love how quaint and beautiful are the cabins that surround us. We are in a prestigious neighborhood with many Pine trees and a very safe environment.
Getting Around:
Cabin is walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. Big Bear Village and Lake is about a 20 minute leisurely walk or 5 minute Uber or Car Drive.
Other Things to Note:
Property has exterior cameras for safety. No cameras facing spa.

La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy clara puntual y agradable, la cabaña increíble, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario, la ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a snow summit y cerca de todo en carro. Muy recomendable!

Amazing Home Close to Snow Summit!
We loved our stay in this home. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to snow summit which made it easy for the family to come and go from the slopes at anytime. The hot tub was the best we have ever used!

Perfection!
We had two families stay at Summit Estates with 4 younger kiddos. Everything about this property was wonderful, very well kept up and extremely clean! The cabin is well stocked with everything you may need. Walking distance to the mountain was a huge plus. Mario and Mariana were very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to visit Summit Estates again!

Sweet Spot for Summit
Property was everything advertised. Super cozy and clean. Our friends and family had a wonderful experience. Only thing I would say that was below par was the washer and dryer. It was extremely old and small.

Top to bottom, the home is setup for comfort and convenience. Jacuzzi was a treat after sledding and tubing with the kiddos. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic in every way!
By far our favorite place to stay in Big Bear! House was perfect for our family - it was very clean and comfortable, and has a practical layout. We also appreciated how thoughtfully it was set up for guests - everything is clearly labeled and easy to use and access. We enjoyed the hot tub and super short drive to the slopes. Mario was wonderful to deal with - very prompt to respond, and easy to check-in and out. We hope to be back!
