“The front desk seemed to lack a n people skills, and the breakfast was not much to write home about. However, our room was very nice and was clean.”

“The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also.”
